We had a short list of about four options, but none came as close regarding ease of use, setup, and time to start that Wizzy gave. **What do you dislike about Wizzy?** There seems to be a common issue among implementers, and it has to do with the search function. However, Wizzy definitely has their act together, and when we hit this wall, everything was fixed. While it's was a fixable issue, I feel that when it is a common complaint, it should be fixed out of the box and not something after the fact, no matter menial it is. **What problems is Wizzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer engagement was always a problem due to bad search algorithms, poor speed, and overall, a blunt fist approach that presented what was actually being searched for less than 50% of the time. With Wizzy, there has been a marked increase in the speed of search, but also the accuracy of search. We did some follow up with customers after the fact to see how they found the product, the ease, the efficiency, and overwhelmingly, what was found was that customers were finding on the first attempt what they needed as compared to 3-4 passes with the old environment. ### 19.
