I appreciate how WiSys helps with traceability, knowing where pallet or raw item locations are, and tracking packaging materials. The customer service WiSys offers is incredible, with the devs and support team helping implement new forms. They showed me how to use WiSys when I was new to my position and helped create grids that I can navigate to perform my day-to-day functions. I'm excited for the new web platform that was announced, as I think it will streamline a lot of time-consuming, tedious tasks, which will definitely lead to us continuing our work with WiSys. I like WiSys for helping with bin tracking and lot traceability. I had to recall bad material and could figure out the batches from the master pop it ran from. I love the ability to create my own solutions in agility design studio. If I can think of something, I can likely make it. I made a purchasing dashboard that shows me expected stockout dates off a formula I created. I also like the ability to do my own work in WiSys and appreciate their good support in keeping the wheels running at Delta Paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that Agility Label studio does not let you import your own fonts that I know of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate WiSys for its flexibility, allowing us to tailor it without needing additional development, which makes implementation easier for us. The service is generally good, and I particularly like the better picking list creation on B1. The AI aspect is something I value and would like to continue using.
