The customer service WiSys offers is incredible, with the devs and support team helping implement new forms. They showed me how to use WiSys when I was new to my position and helped create grids that I can navigate to perform my day-to-day functions. I'm excited for the new web platform that was announced, as I think it will streamline a lot of time-consuming, tedious tasks, which will definitely lead to us continuing our work with WiSys. **What do you dislike about WiSys?** There isnt anything that comes to mind. From the moment I arrived, the team created a welcoming and approachable atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, engaging, and genuinely interested in connecting with the clients and partners. The light-hearted banter throughout the sessions added a refreshing touch of humor, making the experience both enjoyable and relaxed without ever losing professionalism. The presentations were well-structured and highly informative. The team provided clear, detailed insights into the systems reviewed, ensuring that both new and experienced users could follow along and gain value, making the sessions not only informative but genuinely educational. Overall, it was a well-organized, engaging, and worthwhile event. I had to recall bad material and could figure out the batches from the master pop it ran from. I love the ability to create my own solutions in agility design studio. If I can think of something, I can likely make it. I made a purchasing dashboard that shows me expected stockout dates off a formula I created. I also like the ability to do my own work in WiSys and appreciate their good support in keeping the wheels running at Delta Paper. **What do you dislike about WiSys?** I dislike that Agility Label studio does not let you import your own fonts that I know of. **What problems is WiSys solving and how is that benefiting you?** WiSys helps with bin tracking and lot traceability. It enabled us to recall bad material efficiently by identifying affected batches, saving us time and effort. ### 4.
