Flexible and User-Friendly with Strong AI Capabilities

I appreciate WiSys for its flexibility, allowing us to tailor it without needing additional development, which makes implementation easier for us. The service is generally good, and I particularly like the better picking list creation on B1. The AI aspect is something I value and would like to continue using.

Exceptional Customer Service with Efficient Traceability

I appreciate how WiSys helps with traceability, knowing where pallet or raw item locations are, and tracking packaging materials. The customer service WiSys offers is incredible, with the devs and support team helping implement new forms. They showed me how to use WiSys when I was new to my position and helped create grids that I can navigate to perform my day-to-day functions. I'm excited for the new web platform that was announced, as I think it will streamline a lot of time-consuming, tedious tasks, which will definitely lead to us continuing our work with WiSys.
