Is Wispr Flow free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, Wispr Flow does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is Wispr Flow pricing best suited for?

Wispr Flow's pricing is best suited for small business professionals and mid-market knowledge workers who rely heavily on written communication, including emails, Slack messages, AI prompts, and documents. G2 reviewers across marketing, consulting, computer software, e-learning, and non-profit sectors consistently report strong value. Individual contributors and solopreneurs who dictate frequently get the clearest ROI, with G2 users citing 5 to 6 hours saved weekly. Non-native English speakers also emerge as a strong fit, with one G2 reviewer highlighting how Wispr Flow handles pauses and filler words fluently. Enterprise buyers can pursue custom quotes, though one enterprise-segment G2 reviewer flagged multilingual limitations as a gap.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Wispr Flow?

Wispr Flow's pricing structure on G2 shows no published tiers, but G2 reviewers indicate a free entry point exists with a word cap. One reviewer noted a limit of 2,000 words on the free tier, describing it as something new that has to be paid for. A two-week free trial is also mentioned by a G2 reviewer, allowing evaluation before committing. Wispr Flow's paid plans remove usage caps and unlock full daily use across devices. Enterprise needs are handled via custom quotes. The free tier functions as a limited evaluation option rather than a sustainable long-term plan for high-volume users.

Is Wispr Flow considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Wispr Flow broadly rate it highly, with most reviews at 4.5 or 5.0 stars, signaling strong satisfaction relative to cost. Multiple G2 users in small business segments describe Wispr Flow's pricing as competitive or cheap given the productivity gains, with one reviewer calling it ultra cheap and another noting the price is very competitive. The most cited value driver is speed, with users reporting typing output doubling or tripling. One reviewer flagged it as a little expensive compared to competing tools, and another raised renewal uncertainty given AI voice features being built into competing platforms like Claude and ChatGPT.

"Unmatched Efficiency and Ease with Wispr Flow"

What do you like best about Wispr Flow?

I find Wispr Flow really easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The price is very competitive, making it a great option. I especially like that it keeps a log of everything I dictate so I can go back and review it anytime. The voice to type feature is the main reason I use it, as it significantly boosts my efficiency, allowing me to spend less time typing out emails and dealing with punctuation. I like how it takes out filler words while I'm dictating and formats my text as well. Setting up Wispr Flow was incredibly easy, especially with the two-week free trial and minimal training involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wispr Flow?

Sometimes it's a little bit too ambitious with its punctuation, and it doesn't necessarily pick up every word I said perfectly. So it could certainly improve in its ability to understand what I'm saying and then in formatting of the text, but it's great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Speech-to-Text with Professional Precision"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wispr Flow?

I really appreciate Wispr Flow for its efficiency in my day-to-day tasks. I find talking more efficient and clear than typing, and Wispr Flow excellently converts my spoken words into professional texts with minimal punctuation and grammar errors.

The quality of the transcriptions stands out, especially how it restructures my speech into a professional context, which many tools fail to achieve. Unlike other transcription tools that just write down spoken words, Wispr Flow maintains the needed grammar and punctuation when writing professional emails or texts.

Additionally, it's impressively fast with minimal lag. Setting it up was incredibly easy, and adding people was as simple as inputting their email addresses. Plus, it integrates perfectly with almost every application I use, making it a true replacement for typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wispr Flow?

It's a little expensive compared to competing tools. The hot key it uses sometimes messes with native functions of the Mac operating system. And they do have a mobile app but it leaves a lot to be desired, probably as a result of iOS limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
