Founded in 2015, it is the hiring standard for many of North America’s top malls, retailers, call centers, and restaurants. Since its launch, the company has processed 2 million+ applications for 3,000 brands across 10,000+ locations. Wirkn's philosophy is that the high volume frontline hiring experience should be simple to use, remove unnecessary friction, and maximize the productivity of both hiring managers, and job seekers. By achieving this, cost per hire and time to hire can be drastically reduced. For job seekers, Wirkn features include job recommendations based on geographic proximity, one click "Apply", video profiles, and centralized messaging/notifications. Thanks to Wirkn, you can apply for any job you want. You can find part-time and full-time employment. I like the features, the map that shows the place of the position on the main page and part-time employment options. **What do you dislike about Wirkn?** Even though the app is perfect, it has too few jobs in some parts of the world. The number of employment options can be increased for the whole world. If there is lack of employment for some potential employees, this can reduce the number of users of this app. **What problems is Wirkn solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows people to find jobs, track their potential employees, etc. It is often hard to publish part-time jobs for recruiters and find part-time job offers for job seekers. However, Wirkn solves this problem also. It shows the job's location and your location on a map and lets you know the exact location of the job you'll apply for. ### 2. I was able to respond on my time when it was convenient for me. It's so much better the other networking sites . **What do you dislike about Wirkn?** I didn't like the part where when you declined a applicant they'd be notified but otherwise it's great . I'd love to be able to get real-time face to face responses but otherwise it's perfect . **Recommendations to others considering Wirkn:** Don't think just do it it'll save you time and money . **What problems is Wirkn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of being able to have people apply and be able to respond on my own time is priceless. I was able to get my work down and not worry about fielding phone calls etc. ### 3. It's simple to use, integrates seamlessly in terms of onboarding clients, and provides a unique differentiator for our company in how we support our clients with their recruiting needs. The customer service and support is fantastic and responsive, both from our point of view as a client, and by extension to our retailers. Wirkn is a strategic business partner that works closely with us to ensure we're delivering what we promise, and continually evolving the service to stay on top of market needs. **What do you dislike about Wirkn?** It would be ideal if we could have more access to real-time data on key performance indicators without reliance on Wirkn to export and analyze data. I believe this functionality is being developed currently, so it will likely be addressed soon. **What problems is Wirkn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wirkn is a value-add to our clients and differentiates us in the marketplace. We have been particularly impressed with their deep level of care, commitment, and customer service. We also love how the platform itself continues to evolve to address users' needs so that it stays relevant. **What do you dislike about Wirkn?** We are looking forward to when we can have access to a dashboard that shows the results for all of the properties so we can track results on our end. In the meantime, Wirkn gives us status updates and data on-demand, in a timely manner. **What problems is Wirkn solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are providing a service for the retailers in our shopping centres, connecting them with potential job seekers. Retailers have greatly appreciated this service, especially during this time of labour shortage. Job seekers appreciate that there is one place they can search for multiple job opportunities. ### 5. I still have to run them through our internal talent acquisition so its just a nice extra resource. ### 7.
