Cost: Depending on the size of your organization and the specific features you need, WinSearch can be expensive

**What problems is WinSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Versatile Search Capabilities: WinSearch allows us to execute complex searches quickly by combining keywords, free text, and structured data. 
Efficient Resume Management: The software scans resumes, database records ranking the most qualified individuals at the top.
Integrated Workflow Management: WinSearch supports contact management
User-Friendly Interface: The platform is designed to be intuitive

**What do you like best about WinSearch?**

It's a basic resume parsing engine, but works well.

**What do you dislike about WinSearch?**

Their tech support has become slower, as prices have increased.  I used to call in, and resolve issues.  Now (9/24), I leave multiple voicemail/email messages before my issue is resolved.

**What problems is WinSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks contacts and candidates resumes and biographic data

Not integrated into other functions. ie. reports
