The software is intuitive and user friendly. It provides a good overview of all possible opportunities, enabling management to make informed decisions as needed. Integration with other applications is amazing.This device is available in the form of a mobile app. The mobile app helps you easily access all the data at any time at low cost. This easy access to cost efficiency helps maintain business growth. In addition, you can make inaccurate diagnostic reports and make necessary edits. **What do you dislike about Wice CRM?** The budget management tool is not very efficient. There are many web platforms that provide efficient budget services. This helps to make payments more efficient. But this tool lacks some features in the voice tool.The search bar can be improved a bit because sometimes there are problems with the dashboard and how the information is displayed on it. In addition, the export of documents sometimes does not convert to MS Word, MS Excel Astra. **What problems is Wice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an amazing tool that provides quick, innovative and effective ways to track users' success. Cherry is the top user friendly platform with excellent search functionality. Everyone in the field of sales doesn't care what organization they belong to because it's helping in ways we could never have imagined.Wice CRM is tailored to the needs of the sales organization, which seeks to collaborate with a number of other departments to build quality relationships with customers. The software is intuitive and user friendly. It provides the good visibility of each possible opportunity which enables the management to make educated decisions as per requirements. The integrations with other applications are amazing. **What do you dislike about Wice CRM?** The search bar could use a little improvement because at times at times there are issues with the dashboard and how the information is displayed on them. Moreover, the exporting of documents sometimes does not convert to MS Word, MS Excel etcetera. **What problems is Wice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wice CRM is well suited to the needs of the sales organization which is looking to collaborate with other multiple departments in order to have quality relationship with customers.
