## Whiteboard Reviews
  ### 1. Casual and users-friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lami I. | Sales And Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Whiteboard?**

Honestly, what I like most about Whiteboard is how simple it is to just navigate and start using it. You don’t necessary need a tutorial or any kind of setup—just open it up and start drawing, writing, or dropping in sticky notes. It feels super natural, kind of like working on a physical whiteboard but way more flexible.

**What do you dislike about Whiteboard?**

it can lag a bit if the board gets too full or if your internet isn’t the best. And while the basic tools are solid, some of the cooler features are either hidden in menus or only available in paid versions, which is kind of not ideal.

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s also a huge time-saver for me. Because when I need to quickly organize my thoughts or work through a process, I don’t have to waste time figuring out complicated tools or software—just open the whiteboard and start sketching. It’s like a free-flowing space where I can think through ideas, make changes easily, and have everything laid out visually.

  ### 2. Very Effective for brainstorming

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Whiteboard?**

the think that i like best about Whiteboard is that it is very easy to navigate and start using it. It make my work load much easier, i just jump right in and start using it with no tutorial.

**What do you dislike about Whiteboard?**

The downside it that sometimes it will lag a bit if the board get too full or if the internet speed it not the best, that’s the only issue that I had run into before.

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say that whiteboard solves the problem of messy brainstorming which i love and so scattered notes.

  ### 3. Feels like a real Whiteboard but its digital!

**What do you like best about Whiteboard?**

White board is a great collaboration tool that we use for the multiple branches of our organisation. As a child centric NFP we are very hands on and each play experience offers unique feedback that our teams need to collectively brain storm. Whiteboard offers an organized and straightforward layout that quickly enables our users to get straight to business in just a few clicks. There is no learning curve!

**What do you dislike about Whiteboard?**

We have not experienced a feature we dislike about whiteboard and we have used this software for years. Whiteboard is simple and straight to business which is exactly what you want from a real hands on Whiteboard right?

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our org is national and our staff are based throughout Australia far from one another making unqiue challenges for team collaboration. Whiteboard enables us to collaborate in the same sense that we would if our teams were sitting together and sharing a room in front of a real Whiteboard.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hridyapal B. | Content Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Whiteboard?**

This is a useful tool for collaboration especially when we are dealing/working in a virtual environment as it facilitates inputs/feedback in real time from people who might just be spaced across the globe. Works really well when we have a common discussion topic which requires input from multiple team members. The interface is really easy and brightly colored which helps distinguish multiple choices. It also notes the name of the team member who added that input so really helps us to know who all added their inputs already.

**What do you dislike about Whiteboard?**

It lags at time when it is being accessed during a Teams meeting/call.The bootup time is slightly higher too but once it is powered up, it works well.

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping our Project teams to effectively coordinate with people spread across the Globe who are key stakeholders in projects requiring inputs from them. The fact that it works and refreshes in real time makes it a handy collaboration tool.

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a Administrator. I use this whiteboard for explain some system issues or any other problem using whiteboard. our office is too long and many number of people are woring there. so same time two or more people can ask doubt. but i can not go everyone's table. so i choose alternative way to solve this issue that is whiteboard. I ask the doubt or issue from the employee and i connect the people who all are having issues. I explain why the issue is occuring and how to solve that issue with using some features like stickynotes, shapes, templates etc. and i can understand the people''s(employees) mindset by the reaction which they can add to my answer. so that it simplyfy my work. these all are the best things in whiteboard. and another one is it is lifetime free. so i don't worry about the subscription date expire date ..And also i take voting for how many employers are solve the problem because it may be occur in future, so that if those steps solve this issue then i suggest the same steps to resolve the issue

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varsha R. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Whiteboard?**

Whiteboard is easy to use with great interface which boosts productivity specially during Teams call. It helps in idea exchange and provides a clear view points from the meeting. This application is highly suitable for virtual environment where people are scattered across the globe and Whiteboard helps to key in the team members view points inturn improving team efficiency. Integration with other applications like MS Teams is good.

**What do you dislike about Whiteboard?**

The application works good on its own but lags during calls/screen sharing. It takes longer than usual load time when used during a call which has to be fixed. If multiple users are accessing the board at once it's very important that it should be faster.

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unlike other applications Whiteboard has many features like highlighting, formating and shapes makes the board look more creative and lively. It also makes easier to identify who has shared their points on the board. Whiteboard helps the teams to improve productivity and summarises the meeting points allowing to users to relook at things discussed and promotes efficiency.

  ### 8. Good collaboration tool to develop ideas and action items during brainstorming sessions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANITA D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Whiteboard?**

The best part about Whiteboard is that it is like a physical whiteboard where you can jot down anything that you come up with. It is especially very helpful during brainstorming sessions among teachers and students when we are trying to come up with new imaginative ideas to improve school results. There are so many features and it is so easy to use too. During online Teams meetings, we use this feature to let everybody collaborate and add ideas and then come up with next steps to implement those. Its features of drawing figures, adding texts and images, highlighting texts, and saving the meeting board are the best.

**What do you dislike about Whiteboard?**

We haven't encountered anything to dislike yet.

**What problems is Whiteboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During meetings, before Whiteboard, we had only 1 user writing on board, and others speaking, but now, due to its collabirative approach, each of the participants can add their thoughts on the board, making this collaborative effort wothwhile. Different formatting styles, marker colours, highlighting colours and shapes and arrows available on the app make the board look more lively than the regular physical whiteboards. It also helps to let the imaginative juices flow so that brainstorming sessions actually work.
