**What do you like best about Whistlelink?**

From the first contact, to the setup, the handover of the tool, and the later support, everything was just perfect. The tool itself is intuitive to use, has a clear web interface, and requires no extensive prior knowledge. The dashboard displays every status of the cases at a glance, allowing you to keep everything in view. The design of the reporting form can be adapted to match that of your own homepage, making the redirection to another page almost unnoticeable. The integration of multiple languages is also possible, which is a big plus for companies with international customers. Data security ensures the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. This is crucial for trust and compliance in whistleblowing initiatives.

Overall, Whistlelink is highly recommended for us as a reporting platform within the framework of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

We have only been able to have good experiences with the product so far.

Since December 2023, the new Whistleblower Protection Act requires companies with more than 50 employees to establish an internal whistleblower system. Whistlelink was able to solve this for us easily and cost-effectively.

**What do you like best about Whistlelink?**

We have implemented the platform for our holding company. For each of the companies, we have an autonomous and easy-to-use platform. We requested several customizations, and for each one, the Whistlelink team found a solution completely aligned with our needs. Integration with internal systems is very easy, and implementation is very fast. The supporting documentation (DPA, DPIA, technical information) is comprehensive. Customer support is excellent, even in the post-sale phase, fast and competent. The prices are very competitive; we received a custom quote for our company composed of multiple entities, and for each of the companies, we received support during the onboarding and customization phases of the platforms. The platform is secure and GDPR compliant. We have used the platform several times throughout the year, and each time we did not need further clarification on the steps to take; the platform is intuitive and has a very simple interface to use. Alerts remind us when and why to log in. Whistlelink is a Swedish company, but the support is in Italian.

The only thing I can say that I dislike about Wisthlelink is the fact that the  reporter has to remember the number allocated and in case he/she cannot remember the number, the only choice would be to re-submitt the report.

Easy to set up. Beautiful graphics, which are customizable (when publishing the whistleblowing channel form on your website). Very good customer experience and service, fast response and flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Whistlelink?**

Cannot think yet of a disadvantage. Maybe that there are some elements which are not customizable, but this is norma considering that this is a SaaS which should be easy to use by as many users as possible, with different beckgrounds.

**What problems is Whistlelink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whistlelink helps eliminate risks relating to confidentiality breaches when receiving Whistleblowing reports. The applicable legislation requires that the identity of the Whistleblowers and the persons indicated in the report must be kept confidential, which is hard to observe when you set up internal means of communication, such as a company e-mail (which might be accessed by persons other than the employee designated to handle reports).

In my experience, on various projects with Whistlelink, I have not encountered any negative aspects.

Ensure the confidentiality and protection of data throughout the entire process of managing reports, keeping information and documents within the platform, activating when necessary access with diversified functionalities (read-only, redaction of confidential data, assignment of investigation tasks, etc.) for potential other parties. All with extreme ease and simplicity of use. Prompt, ready, and competent assistance.

Easy implementation, simple interface, excellent support both during the sales phase and post-sales phase. No hidden costs, support in documentation, very fast in the platform release phase. Whistlelink clearly and simply offers everything required by law. Very useful always-active notifications, reminders, and the automatic message of acknowledgment. Even though we use it little (fortunately!), the platform is so intuitive that we do not need constant training. The company continues to release software improvement upgrades. Technical service in Italian. Maximum security guaranteed. Servers in Europe, as required by GDPR.

What I like most is Whistlelink’s ease of use and seamless implementation process. The user-friendly interface makes it easy for employees to report concerns, and for the compliance officer to accept and follow up on any incoming reports. The customer support is very responsive and always willing to help out.

There is no app for smartphones, but the reporting page is very mobile friendly so it’s not a problem

I have been using Whistlelink for a year now. The platform is very easy to implement, use, and customize, and it is 100% compliant with legal requirements. The always-on notifications allow me to forget about the platform's existence: when something new happens, I receive an email to alert me, meanwhile, I can stay relaxed! Additionally, the technical and commercial support service is impeccable.

Whistlelink offers a lot of service for the money and we know that with the service we comply with all parts of the legal requirement. We have the option to add a couple of optional additional services, such as case screening, but it is not a must. Which feels flexible. It was also very easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Whistlelink?**

The system is easy to use, but it wouldn't hurt to have, for example, instructional videos or manuals.

We were looking for a simple and easy-to-use service that also didn't involve high costs - because we want to handle any matters ourselves. With Whistlelink, we got what we were looking for.
