**What do you like best about WhatsPilot?**

I occupied it before making my website. It was very useful for me to be able to distribute mass messages with offers and new releases.

**What do you dislike about WhatsPilot?**

The truth is that I haven't used it much now, but while I used it, which was usually, I didn't notice anything that bothered me.

**What problems is WhatsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a contact list of my most loyal customers. He scheduled the furniture launches a day before for them, with an automated message that contained photos, he could retain them with a discount. In this way, my clients felt special since a message programmed in a personalized way, managed to impact them.

**What do you like best about WhatsPilot?**

It has simple UI. Easy to use and bug free. Ability to send personalized messages to customers using their name. Customer support is excellent. It provides regular updates.

**What do you dislike about WhatsPilot?**

It does not work on Windows 7 or below, it only works for Windows 8 and above. Apart from this, I did not find any other problem in the software. Everything else is fine.

**What problems is WhatsPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WhatsPilot is solving the biggest problem of SMBs that is to nurturing leads properly via content marketing marketing. We use it to send regular promotional and other updates to our prospects, that resulted in better conversion.
