There is little to no time spent configuring the app, but it still works great. The timers are always going, and as soon as we hit a milestone, the pop-up display instructing us to pause comes up. **What do you dislike about Wellnomics?** More options should be provided to configure the notification sounds and graphics shown during a break. I find it slightly obtrusive the way it is now. The pop-up comes right in the centre of the screen with a non-configurable sound. **What problems is Wellnomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is making me more aware of the time spent staring at the screen continuously. It is said that every 20 minutes, we should try to look at a farther distance, which helps our eye health. Wellnomics can help users do the same and be more aware of the time spent working. ### 6. It uses a clear, red/yellow/green system that is unmistakable. You can easily navigate between the desktop tools and website for more or less detail as needed. It also holds both employees and managers accountable. There is no way to create "exceptions" to the software rules set, making the program a lot more effective. The program is also highly customizable based on a particular person's work style. **What do you dislike about Wellnomics?** There is a learning curve to using Wellnomics as workers have to adapt their work habits. There is not always complete visibility into why the score is generated the way it is. There is a limitation to the details that can be viewed by the user versus what is actually being measured. Another downside is that there is no way to "turnoff" the system for when hardware is being used for personal use. **Recommendations to others considering Wellnomics:** This software has the highest ROI for companies with work cultures that put employees at risk of overwork. **What problems is Wellnomics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wellnomics is a great tool to ensure employee safety in the office. It places limitation on work hours and work intensity. Wellnomics is not perfect. It does seem to log time when queries are being run even the employee is not actually using the mouse or keyboard. It also seems to require a high number of updates. There isn't a lot of support offered directly to the end users. Instead you have to rely on others within the organization who are not from the Wellnomics company.
