it has unique feature to remind us for a 10 sec break very often and also has hourly breaks. it captures all kind of mouse and keyboard usage to predict the frequent breaks. installation is also very easy. it can be integrated to both windows and mac os. i use it on daily basis and it will help me to avaoid workplace injuries. Wellnomics has an easy to use, easy to follow interface. It uses a clear, red/yellow/green system that is unmistakable. You can easily navigate between the desktop tools and website for more or less detail as needed. It also holds both employees and managers accountable. There is no way to create "exceptions" to the software rules set, making the program a lot more effective. The program is also highly customizable based on a particular person's work style. There is a learning curve to using Wellnomics as workers have to adapt their work habits. There is not always complete visibility into why the score is generated the way it is. There is a limitation to the details that can be viewed by the user versus what is actually being measured.
