So, my expectations of Weje were rather low. Man, was I wrong. I did not buy first but watched some Youtube reviews and I got intrigued. Then played long enough with Weje to define for myself what it is and if you ask "what is WeJe?" I will now say - WeJe is an infinite canvas where you can have a combination of a strict formal Kanban board for structured data with flexibility of free hand data stored in cards and which can be just a pile of cards for anything. The cool thing is that when you are ready you can drag cards onto each other and turn them into structured data. You remember those movies like Homeland where Carrie pins all pieces of information on the wall and then connects them with threads? - WeJe is the tool which enables you to build the whiteboard and connect the dots in order to crack your problem, solve the mystery or just get a better view of things. Highly recommended. **What do you dislike about Weje.io?** There are no things to dislike. There are things which I miss, though. To WeJe's credit, they have big plans and promise to deliver what is amiss at the moment: 1. Browser extension to help with clipping content 2. Mobile applications that will enable mobility and pen input 3. I think a desktop application will be helpful also. **What problems is Weje.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** With WeJe you can do several things - *brainstorming and build mindmaps *manage projects and activities by defining tasks and keeping them on Kanban *store pieces and bits of information from different sources - documents, web page content (clipper is in the works), videos, images etc. I took pictures of around 40 post it notes lying on my desk and uploaded them *to a board and then I dragged them one into another and made collapsible stacks containing each containing related notes - this is efficient data organization and when thinking and logic change I would drag cards off the stack and place them into another stack or keep them free-floating on the canvas. But I decided to give it a chance, and I'm pleased I did. It's a new product, packed with a lot of potential. I have read very encouraging comments from other users and have also intermittently watched their progression online (Facebook; newsletters), and I honestly feel the team cares about the product and seeks to improve Weje regularly. I personally find it clean, responsive, and straightforward. Even though it's in its early stages, it has this "je ne sais quoi," and I find myself using it more than Miro. I anticipate with the changes listed on their roadmap, Weje will be one of the main whiteboard contenders of 2022. **What do you dislike about Weje.io?** I really dislike the fact that (currently) you cannot create folders to contain your boards. I believe this is something they plan to add and is on their roadmap. They are pretty in features limited compared to more tenured whiteboard apps, but that is to be expected for a new product. It’s because of Quality and everyday usecase. WEJE is a new kid in a playground of Miro or Mural, but it’s work much better now (on the first year) – it’s a big WOW. I have use Miro before, but Weje is faster, simplifield and intuitive – every job is made 2x faster. UX is amazing. UI is not in my style, but they change it every week. It’s a lot of upgrades and all needs from community going straight to the roadmap. I am in love with Weje. Hard to write why, it’s not because of big list of features Weje have (a lot of superb stuff is in roadmap) I love it just because of WEJE clean, fast and smooth utility. When I need to made some plans (for a day or year, or whatever else….) I start WEJE and the magic happens. The interface is uncluttered + the whiteboard has an easy-to-use drag\drop grouping option. All discussions regarding projects are kept within distinct boards, and it's really easy to switch between them. **What do you dislike about Weje.io?** It'd be great if Weje added more templates to pick up from, e.g. pie charts **What problems is Weje.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whiteboards can be accessed from all devices, so everyone can see recent comments and leave their own quite quickly and effortlessly. It's also convenient to keep projects' materials and time estimation tables in one place. ### 30. Just googled for some kind of online notebook and noticed there were sort of collaborative tools, and Weje among these. I liked that registration was instant, my Gmail account was everything needed.
