What really stands out for us at Link Publishers is how well-connected everything is, from HR tasks and payroll to our customized performance tracking with monthly and quarterly rankings. The KRA and KPI management keep the team aligned and make performance evaluation clear and structured. I really like how Weekmate makes shift and roster management simple. Creating shifts, handling conflicts, and swapping shifts is easy and efficient. The interface is user-friendly, so I can plan and update rosters quickly without spending hours.
