**What do you like best about WebFeedback?**

It's a tool that's very easy to set up, with (almost) no onboarding required. Analytics are insightful, you'll be able to pinpoint what can be improved pretty fast.

**What do you dislike about WebFeedback?**

They focus on collecting feedback via the web, so there is no way to collect feedback via email, SMS, or WhatsApp at the moment.

**What problems is WebFeedback solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increase web conversion: turning a visitor into a lead, sign-up, or customer. And learn where we can improve our website, e.g. (potential) roadblocks.
