"Good platform for managing call center operations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

What I like most is how stable and clear the calls are. We use Webex mainly for call center support, and the quality is really good, even with many agents connected. It’s also easy to manage calls, transfer them, and check performance. The dashboard helps us monitor activity and make sure users get fast support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit slow when switching between calls or checking call history. It also takes a bit of time to train new agents who are not used to Webex. Other than that, it’s quite reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable and easy-to-use solution for call center operations"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

What I like most is how stable the call quality is, even during busy hours. It’s reliable and works well for our partners who use it to support telecare users. The interface is simple enough that agents can focus on the calls rather than dealing with technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

We only use it for call handling, so some of the advanced features feel unnecessary for us. It could also improve in how it manages call history and reports — it takes a few clicks to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good and stable tool for call handling in our support centers"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

The best thing is how stable the calls are. We use Webex mainly for our call centers, where some of our partners give support to elderly people living alone, so reliability is really important. The audio quality is good, and it handles multiple calls smoothly without interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

The interface could be more friendly for quick access, sometimes simple actions take a few extra clicks. Also, when internet connection is not perfect, it can take a bit long to reconnect to a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Connect?

We need to connect to client through multi platforms like SMS, Whatsapp and Gmails, so webex connect helps to manage all this communication on a single platform, and integrating its API is very easy over here, the automation builder is too flexible and easy to build Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

once it is setup, it works well, but to configure it, its bit difficult and condiguration is complex, it takes a bit time to fully understand it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid automation platform for customer messaging"
4/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

The visual workflow builder is really easy to use once you get the hang of it. I can set up automated SMS, email, and WhatsApp messages without needing to write code, which saves a ton of time. The multi-channel support is great—we can reach customers wherever they are. Integration with our CRM was pretty straightforward, so we didn't have to hire a developer to get things working. It's cut down on a lot of manual work for our team, and customers get their notifications and reminders on time every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

Some of the more advanced workflows get complicated pretty fast, and there's a bit of a learning curve if you're not familiar with automation tools. The reporting could be more detailed—I'd like better visibility into message delivery rates and customer engagement. Pricing for high-volume messaging can add up quickly, especially if you're sending thousands of SMS per month. And when something breaks in a workflow, troubleshooting takes longer than I'd like because error messages aren't always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevated Communication with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

I have been using Webex Connect for a year, primarily to manage multichannel messaging, automate workflows, and improve customer communications. I chose it due to its strong integration with existing Cisco tools, and its superior enterprise integration, security features, and smoother implementation compared to other platforms like Twilio and Infobip. The setup process was straightforward with smooth onboarding, supported by clear guidance that made implementation quick and hassle-free. The API documentation and prebuilt templates, alongside responsive customer support, contributed significantly to the seamless onboarding experience. Webex Connect effectively centralizes multichannel communication and automates workflows, which saves time and enhances customer engagement by improving alerts through instant automated messages and reducing manual follow-ups across teams. I find the automation workflows, multichannel messaging, and seamless integration with existing systems particularly useful. Automated customer notifications, appointment reminders, and support ticket updates are especially effective, saving time and ensuring consistent communication. Utilizing Webex Connect alongside Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Teams is remarkably beneficial; it integrates smoothly, syncing customer data and automating communication with these platforms. This integration improves workflow by syncing data in real time, reducing response times, and ensuring smoother communication across teams and channels. I value Webex Connect for its automation, reliability, and seamless integration which make it worth buying again. Its strong APIs, secure infrastructure, and native integrations with Cisco tools guarantee smooth data flow and consistent performance. Additionally, I rated my likelihood to recommend Webex Connect a solid 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful feature in webex connect is their no code automation flows, they are very easy to use and easy to setup too, it has enhanced our existing workflows, because its super easy to integrate with our custom CRM too.

"Webex Connect: Redefining Enterprise Communication and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

Its a Communications Platform as a Service” (CPaaS) solution, best about webex is its designed to help enterprises orchestrate and automate large-scale customer and employee communications across multiple channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

When you deal with channels like WhatsApp, RCS, MMS, SMS globally, you must manage regulatory/country-requirements, opt-in/consent, carrier relationships, template approvals. Webex Connect supports these, but they remain a domain to manage.

Although low-code options exist, making full use (multi-channel orchestration, backend integrations, analytics) may require planning, design, and skilled resources (either in-house or via partner). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Webex connect review"
5/5
What do you like best about Webex Connect?

Webex Connect provides a powerful and flexible platform for building and managing omnichannel customer communication workflows. I really like how easily it integrates with multiple messaging channels — like WhatsApp, SMS, email, and web chat — from a single interface. The low-code flow builder makes it simple to automate customer interactions and create logic-based journeys without deep coding knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Connect?

The user interface, particularly within the flow builder, could be more intuitive — large workflows can get slightly cluttered and harder to manage visually. Also, the pricing model may feel restrictive for smaller organisations, as advanced features and channel integrations often require higher-tier plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
