**What do you like best about We360.ai?**

We360.ai has made it much easier for us to monitor workforce productivity and analyze employee work patterns. The reporting module is very flexible, allowing us to create customized reports based on our business requirements instead of relying on fixed templates.

Features like attendance tracking, application and URL monitoring, productivity analytics, and scheduled reports give managers a complete view of team performance.

The interface is easy to understand, and even users who are new to the platform can quickly learn how to navigate it. The customer success team has also been very responsive whenever we needed guidance with configuration, product adoption meetings, and overall setup. We really appreciated the support from the key account manager as well.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

The platform works well once it’s configured, with no issues.

**What problems is We360.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we only had attendance information, which wasn’t enough to understand how employees were utilising their working hours. We lacked visibility into productive time usage, idle time, and overall work efficiency.

With we390.ai, we now have detailed insights into employee activity through the dashboard, productivity reports, and application usage analysis. This has helped us identify work trends, improve reporting accuracy, and make more informed management decisions. The automated reports have also reduced manual effort, allowing managers to spend less time preparing data and more time focusing on improving team performance. Overall, the platform has provided greater transparency and better control over workforce productivity.

**What do you like best about We360.ai?**

We360.ai has been helpful for checking users’ attendance on a daily basis, and it also gives me data on which users are being productive on their systems. I also review the reports regularly on a weekly basis. After the team’s recent walkthrough, I am now using the Project and Task Management feature for the freelancers who work with us as well. Their AI module helps with productivity mapping, and so far the platform has been resilient and has worked well, with very low downtime.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Sometimes the MyZen app fluctuates and shows random pop-ups, but that may have just been a short-lived glitch that didn’t last long.

**What problems is We360.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main need was to track attendance and online time for remote workers, and we were also looking for task management that works well for freelancers. We’ve been able to meet those needs by using we360.ai.

It is easy to track our team’s productivity, including employees actual active time, in/out timings, attendance, and daily work activities. The automated, detailed reports and productivity insights make it simpler to monitor workforce efficiency and support improvements in overall team performance. The best part is how useful the reporting features are automated reports save our team a significant amount of time while still providing clear, actionable visibility into day-to-day work.

We also appreciate the flexibility to customize productivity settings according to the different team roles and requirements the detailed insights helps us better to understand work patterns and identify areas for improvement the platform continues to evolve with new UI and new features and enhancement which adds further value to our experience whenever we needed assistance the support team is quick to respond and provides clear guidance making the overall experience smooth and efficient

No problems so far, so I do not have any dislikes at the moment. The platform offers a wide range of features and configuration options which can take some initial setup and training to fully use.

As an HR Manager, I regularly use the we360.ai platform to monitor and keep track of users working on their systems. The platform is reliable and accurate, providing real-time information and analytics. The onboarding process took the time to explain each and every feature with relevant use cases, which made it easier to understand how to use the tool day to day. Their intelligence mechanism is straightforward and doesn’t require much effort, since it maps new apps and URLs on a daily basis as I work across different links while looking for new candidates.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

The least helpful part was how long it took us to close the case. When we first started the trial, the app had some issues, and we weren’t able to fully capture the data. Over time, we switched to the standard app, which ended up working great for the WFH employees.

Earlier, our productivity was very low when it came to work. The users were present, but we had zero visibility, which made it hard to understand what was actually getting done. From the attendance module that helps keep track of users’ punch-in and punch-out times, to tracking employee productivity across apps and URLs, it covers everything we need. The support and onboarding were fast and easy, without too much hassle. Features like the timeline and dashboards provide a clear visual representation, which helps us understand the data more easily.

The software has a bit of a learning curve, and it also takes some time to sync the data. Because of that, I usually wait until the end of the day to check the data, although everything else is fine.

With the help of the project and task management features, I am easily able to allocate my work and tasks and then work accordingly. The display is very simple and not too hectic. The Myzen app, on the other hand, is easy to work with. Its intelligence mechanism helps me check my scorecard on a monthly basis, which helps me reflect on my working hours. Overall, the platform’s performance is robust.

I don’t really have any major downsides to mention about we360.ai, but the app does randomly reset itself from time to time. That part could definitely use some improvement.

The most helpful feature for me is attendance and work activity tracking through the MyZen V4 application. It helps me manage work hours, break times, and daily activity details from one easy and simple dashboard. This makes it much easier for me to keep my work schedule and attendance in order, especially during my night shifts.

The upside of using we360.ai is that it keeps daily work tracking simple, organized, and easy to review.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Overall, it is a great tool the main drawback is that after starting the system, the application can sometimes take a little longer to connect, which may temporarily affect punching in. Once it connects properly, though, the application works smoothly and without issues.

Managing work hours and keeping proper attendance records used to be difficult, especially during night-shift schedules. With this tool, everything is available in a single dashboard. The timesheet feature also helps me manage every second of my work, which improves my monitoring and supports better day-to-day work management.

I like that we360.ai lets me review employee work details and daily activities easily in one place through my user dashboard. I also appreciate features like the work history view and punch logs—whether it is tracking my users punch-in and punch-out times, noting when someone was idle and the system automatically punched them out, or handling cases where a punch-out was missed and the system automatically punches out at 11:59. This helps make sure that when I start a new working day, my actual time is reflected correctly. I also like the break report feature and the monthly scorecard report.

In the beginning, it took some time to properly understand a few settings and options, but with regular use everything became easier to manage. The support team also helps quickly whenever any issues come up or if I have a query that needs clarification.

Previously it was hard to manage work updates and keep accurate tracking when everything was done manually. With we360.ai I can now quickly review work hours, employee activities, and daily work status without having to rely on manual updates. It provides detailed employee productivity tracking, with some of the best features, such as timeline monitoring (a colour-coded graph where I can check users work activity).

It also includes attendance tracking and application usage tracking. The newly introduced project and task management features are very helpful for assigning tasks, tracking project progress, and monitoring employee work efficiency in a remote working environment.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Some newly launched features are still under development, so proper documentation and tutorial videos are currently limited. A more detailed onboarding guide for the advanced features would improve the overall experience. This is not a disadvantage to using the software, though—overall, it is the best tool.

We360.ai’s mobile administrative portal helps me monitor my remote team anytime, anywhere, more efficiently. It brings employee productivity, attendance, work timelines, and project task activities together in one platform, which makes it easier to stay on top of day-to-day work.

We360.ai provides real-time visibility into data, and its standard app is a great way for users to keep track of their time and tasks. The platform works smoothly overall. The software is explained thoroughly on each page, with an information icon that helps clarify what each section does. The Intelligence module helps us track new apps and URLs, and it maps them according to the existing mapping. I also had a smooth transition from onboarding to a paid subscription. Looking forward to new features.

The platform sometimes experiences downtime, and when that happens it can take a while for the data to fully reflect on the portal.

Their built-in project and task management feature is amazing, and the newly improved user detail page shows user data at a deeper level. I’m able to see all the users’ time and metrics data in one place, and it also provides helpful insights. Onboarding is quick and easy, and support was fast to reply when I faced an installation issue earlier.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

No downsides so far. The platform does have a bit of a learning curve, though. I’m still in the process of understanding the software and how it generates insights from the data.

As we brought on new employees, we needed a reliable way to track users’ login and logout hours, along with their activity and productivity while working on their machines. This also allows me to generate and review reports whenever I need them.

I like the instant customer support. I also like the tool because it shows my actual time logs, so I can easily verify my time. I can check activity reports in different formats for today, yesterday, the current week, the previous week, the previous month, the previous quarter, and even for the last any-days data. In addition, I can review the full day with shift in and out, and filter it to see only within shift timings or only outside shift timings. This is a really, really good feature.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

I was unable to proceed in the MyZen application because the screen was stuck on "Fetching your data," and an error message appeared stating, "No active tenant found for domain gemsny-it-solutions." After establishing a remote session with the support team for real-time troubleshooting, they diagnosed the issue as a tenant/domain configuration mismatch. They performed the necessary checks and corrections to restore access, and the issue was successfully resolved during the session.

I would like to share my feedback on what I like most about We360. One feature I really appreciate is the scorecard. It provides a comprehensive view of key parameters such as average working time, online time, active time, productive time, and idle time. Since this data is available on a monthly basis, it helps me easily track and review my overall performance in one place.

I also find the comparative analysis feature very useful because it allows me to evaluate my performance effectively. Additionally, I can check daily attendance details, including half days taken, late login, early login, departure, total working hours, break time, and even identify when the most breaks were taken.

Another great aspect is the goal-tracking feature, where I can see the number of days I achieved my goals versus the days I missed them. Overall, these features are extremely helpful for monitoring and improving productivity.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

I ran into a punch-in error due to an API issue while using MyZen V4 Application. However, after I escalated it, the issue was resolved quickly during the night shift. Overall, the support team is very responsive, and I have not faced any major downsides.

Before I started using the MyZen application, especially when I was on night shifts, I often struggled to clearly explain to my manager which tasks I had already completed. Since I began using the We360 tool and its MyZen application, keeping track of my work has become much simpler, and I can show exactly what I’ve done because everything is recorded properly.

It helps with the challenge of tracking productivity accurately by allowing me to monitor my time performance and daily activities in one place. Overall, it makes my work more transparent and supports me in improving over time.

The platform is easy to use, and the dashboard is clear and easy to read. Because of that, our onboarding went smoothly, and the detailed usage of each feature was explained thoroughly. They also have an advanced AI mechanism that generates useful insights and helps identify the usage of new apps and URLs. Overall, the platform feels robust and reliable, and so far we have been seeing good results from the data.

While it is a time management software, it would have been great if it could provide a broader suite of solutions that also covers dynamic capacity planning using the time output. If it had an inbuilt workflow, or an inventory and work-allocation feature, that would have been a great addition.

The interface feels practical for regular monitoring, and the analysis features—such as screenshots and the timeline view—are genuinely useful when checking progress. I also like the scorecard, which helps summarize performance at a glance.

We need an option for each user to download their report directly. We also need per-user geographic tracking.

One of we360.ai’s biggest strengths is the amount of administrative control and visibility it gives you. With tools such as audit logs, team management, user-role configuration, and tracking settings, it becomes much easier to oversee employees and monitor activity in a more streamlined way. Overall, the platform feels well organized, and it removes a lot of the friction from everyday administrative work.

Some administrative settings and configuration may require a bit of initial guidance for first-time users, especially when managing roles, audit logs, and team permissions. However, once the workflow is understood, the platform becomes much easier to operate.

Handling user management, monitoring account activity, and maintaining team structures used to take multiple manual steps and a lot of separate follow-ups. I like the flexibility of we360.ai, especially when it comes to integrations and reporting. Features such as attendance APIs, productivity reports, application tracking, and mobile punch-in options are very useful for employee monitoring and managing HR processes. The platform also provides clear visibility into the data, and the support team has been cooperative throughout technical discussions and onboarding.

One of the most useful features for us is its detailed timeline tracking, which allows us to review minute-by-minute activity breakdowns, including application usage logs, activity duration, key presses, mouse clicks, and overall activity percentage. These insights make it easier to understand work patterns, reinforce accountability, and monitor productivity more effectively. The centralized dashboard is also straightforward to manage and gives clear, comprehensive visibility into employee performance and operational activities.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Our overall experience with we360.ai has been positive so far. One improvement we would like to see is greater flexibility in Active Threshold customization for activity tracking. It would be helpful if admins could choose from predefined active-timing options (for example, 5 minutes or 10 minutes) or set any custom X/Y/Z timing based on their specific requirements and organizational patterns. This kind of added flexibility would help improve the accuracy of activity tracking.

Previously, managing attendance, productivity activities, idle time, active time, productive time, unproductive time, neutral time, and daily work-update tracking was time-consuming and often felt like a waste of time. It has saved us time, given us clearer visibility into day-to-day work, and made our daily operations smoother overall.

The performance is top-notch, delivering real-time data in a smooth and reliable way. Onboarding was quick and easy, and it also included a detailed description of how to use the Myzen app.

After working hours, I sometimes have to deal with the Myzen app popping up on my system, and the app also sometimes resets itself. Other than these issues, the platform is good.

We360.ai provides real-time screenshots of users’ work, which highlights the different apps and URLs they are working on. This also helps us keep track of unproductive apps and URLs as well. The onboarding was smooth, and everything was aligned with us during the trial period. The pricing also fit our budget. In summary, the platform’s performance is good.

The only downside of we360.ai is that data syncing sometimes takes longer than usual.

**What do you like best about We360.ai?**

This tool provides useful administrative and monitoring features that support employee activity tracking and reporting on this great and amazing platform. 

Features like (audit logs-new launch feature), detailed reports, compliance settings, user levels, and activity tracking are helpful for reviewing operational activities and keeping reporting processes organized. 

The support team was helpful during the session and gave a clear walkthrough of dashboard management, password resets, reporting filters, and user-tracking functionalities.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Nothing bad so far....
Still I would really appreciate a feature that lets me quickly log out active sessions across devices ideally in bulk. 
As of now I can only see and manage sessions per user in the userwise detail report and I am forced to check each session out individually.
