I love the layout and because of this, it gives me really easier access to open up my profile and actually encourages ME to actually want to fill it out and send it to job fairs and recruiters. **What do you dislike about WayUp?** I wish there was more employer opportunities that conencted with WayUp. It would get me even more excited about using the platform. ESPECIALLY diverse opportunities that included more different areas of fields that students can study from everything from the humanities to the STEM field. As a college gradaute myself, I was coming from an English background and it was extremely difficult for me to find a job already being in the humanitites field. There were LOTS of opportuities for me to go into the STEM field and research but I wasn't passionate about that. One thing that I wish I could change adding more diverse opportunities to the search so everyone can benefit from this. **What problems is WayUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** There were LOTS of great benefits of using WayUp. I was really happy to even see a platform that gave college graduates an opportunity to help themselves. With little to no experience, it gives a great way for recruiters to be able to hunt for new talent and understanding that they are happy to be trained and mentored in that field. ### 3. The interface is wonderful and the ability to search through resumes is awesome. **What do you dislike about WayUp?** We had low engagement from potential employees. We utilized our 40 outbound messages and got very few responses. **Recommendations to others considering WayUp:** I imagine this is a great option for bigger companies looking for fresh talent in emerging fields. For seasonal work, even on the higher end, it did not meet our needs. **What problems is WayUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have moved on from WayUp. It seems like a great 'career' solution. I work in the high-end camping industry and it was not suited for us for good recruitment. ### 8. Most of them are up scale and fit your expirations. **What do you dislike about WayUp?** I would say it could be more available applicants, but the platform focuses on quality not quantity. **Recommendations to others considering WayUp:** Focus on high level jobs.
