I love the format, it is really intuative and I appraciate how user friendly it is especially directed towards college graduates. I love the layout and because of this, it gives me really easier access to open up my profile and actually encourages ME to actually want to fill it out and send it to job fairs and recruiters. It would get me even more excited about using the platform. ESPECIALLY diverse opportunities that included more different areas of fields that students can study from everything from the humanities to the STEM field. As a college gradaute myself, I was coming from an English background and it was extremely difficult for me to find a job already being in the humanitites field. There were LOTS of opportuities for me to go into the STEM field and research but I wasn't passionate about that. One thing that I wish I could change adding more diverse opportunities to the search so everyone can benefit from this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is WayUp solving and how is that benefiting you? There were LOTS of great benefits of using WayUp. I was really happy to even see a platform that gave college graduates an opportunity to help themselves. With little to no experience, it gives a great way for recruiters to be able to hunt for new talent and understanding that they are happy to be trained and mentored in that field. I like the idea of being able to hire recent graduates or college students looking for an internship. The interface is wonderful and the ability to search through resumes is awesome.
