**What do you like best about Lighthouse?**

Lighthouse truly shines when it comes to scalability and real-world application. Whether managing a handful of devices or a diverse, large-scale fleet, the platform handles it seamlessly. One of the standout features is its device-agnostic design — having a single, unified interface to monitor and control hardware from different vendors is a major win. It’s clear that Lighthouse was built with flexibility and long-term operations in mind.

**What do you dislike about Lighthouse?**

The platform’s depth and capability are impressive, but it does come with a bit of a learning curve. For new users, it may take time to fully grasp all the features and configuration options. That said, the payoff is worth it — once you're familiar with the system, its power and flexibility become clear.

**What problems is Lighthouse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization has a fleet of IOT devices which we needed a server so that our newly created app called IOTIQ CONNECT can control them. Here lighthouse solved my problem by providing infrastructure for our company where we can seamlessly add, control and monitor devices. So we integrated our devices with different firmware into the platform and also integrated our mobile app using their SDK. Because of this we saved cost overhead as well as got access to many features from admin management to wide range of analytics. Hence it helped us to solve our issue.
