## Walnut Reviews
 ### 1. Walnut improves our demo consistency across company teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica H. | Revenue operations manager, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

My greatest benefit in Walnut is that I will be able to influence the story of each demo. I used to rely on our production environment before Walnut which occasionally revealed rough edges. At this point, I introduce a well planned walkthrough in accordance with the priorities of the individual buyers. I can count on it very frequently since it enables me to guide conversations towards results rather than technical interruptions. Its demo building capabilities give more power to my pitch and make the prospect see our product better.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Among the weaknesses is the maintenance work that will be necessary upon the change of our product. With a new feature release, there is always a need to revisit the current demo flows to maintain them up to date. When we fail to update information, chances are that a prospect will see inconsistencies and this can decrease trust. It took various teams time to determine adequate demo scenarios as well as the implementation phase.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut resolves the issue of unreliable and dangerous live demos. In the past, we used sandbox accounts which were occasionally not fully filled or had sudden malfunctions. Presentations are now presented in a predetermined situation that brings out our best use cases. The rate of utilization is also high since personalized demos are at the core of our sales. It has enhanced engagement of the prospect as well as enhanced my team to communicate value in a more effective manner resulting to increased conversion rates.

**Official Response from Adi Bordowitz:**

> Hi Jessica,
Thank you for the thoughtful review! It's great to hear that Walnut has helped you move away from unpredictable live demos and increased your conversion rates by enabling more tailored, results-focused conversations.
I really appreciate your feedback on the maintenance overhead when your product evolves. Keeping demos current is a valid challenge, and it's something we're actively thinking about in our roadmap - how we can make it easier to update demos efficiently when products change. This kind of real-world operational feedback is incredibly valuable. If you're open to providing more feedback, please feel free to reach out to support@walnut.io.

Thanks for being part of the Walnut community!

 ### 2. Flexible, Persona-Based Demos That Keep Messaging Consistent

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos C. | Head of Projects & Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The flexibility to tailor demos for different industries or buyer personas is particularly valuable. It allows sales teams to present relevant workflows while maintaining consistency in messagin

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

One limitation of Walnut is that maintaining demo accuracy requires regular updates, especially in fast-moving product environments

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Walnut in a professional B2B sales environment to create and maintain interactive product demos for prospects.
Instead of relying on live demo environments, we build controlled demo flows tailored to specific use cases and buyer personas. These demos are used by the sales team during discovery calls and can also be shared asynchronously with prospects.

 ### 3. Intuitive Step-by-Step Guides That Streamline Our Interactive Demos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon C. | Product Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The product is genuinely intuitive and makes it incredibly easy to turn complex workflows into something clear and usable. I love being able to create step-by-step guides, as it really simplifies building interactive demos. I especially appreciate how much it streamlines our demonstrations and helps us present processes in a more straightforward way.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I’d like the analyses to be a bit more in-depth, as some of the customization options feel fairly restrictive. A more detailed integration guide would also be extremely helpful, especially for understanding how to set everything up and tailor it to my needs.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product has helped us significantly increase the number of demonstrations we share, and it makes it easy for me to share clear overviews of them. The tracking is excellent, and it’s become one of our most powerful tools. We also use it to publish interactive presentations, which has been very useful for our team.

**Official Response from Adi Bordowitz:**

> Thank you for the detailed review and feedback! It's great to hear that Walnut has become one of your most powerful tools and significantly increased the number of demos you're sharing.
I really appreciate your specific feedback on analytics depth and customization options - this is exactly the kind of input that helps us prioritize our roadmap. We're also taking note of the need for more detailed integration guides to make onboarding smoother. These are valuable areas for us to improve.
Thanks for being part of the Walnut community and for helping us build a better product!

 ### 4. Best sales demo system with good features and user friendly Keep reading for more details.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav R. | IT Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

and am loving that for my non-technical sales clients Walnut is super simple to use. The list of options for editing the grabbed screens is just awesome. And it’s a completely no-code platform, so I don’t need to code HTML or CSS to update the text or images. Integrating with HubSpot also is really smooth.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The only minor downside is that for few very heavy dynamic websites recording gets slow. And the above setting not applied for the mobile view, The update took care of this in current version. I've sent a message to their customer support, they are helpful but sometimes a little late on responding. I hope they make options for editing multiple entities a little powerful for large demos.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut is addressing a big yield-breaking live demo problem during important client meetings. It builds a robust offline experience that never fails and loads quickly. It is making money for my clients because their sales ratio is higher. And it saves me time because I don't have to keep staging servers around specifically for the sales team.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying Walnut's user-friendly interface and its no-code platform for editing screens. We appreciate your feedback about the slow recording for heavy dynamic websites and the delayed customer support response. We are constantly working to improve our platform and customer service, and your input is valuable in that process. Thank you for sharing your experience with Walnut!

 ### 5. Time-Saving Interactive Demos That Feel Truly Customized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Usama S. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I think the interactive demo is really cool since I can set up the demo differently for all my prospects and not have to remake the whole thing. That helps me save a lot of time since I may do many demo's in one day. I can quickly modify the text and switch out some data to make the demo look customized and it is also great as a leave behind so the prospect can click through the demo at their own leisure.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Honestly I am just tired and sitting on the couch after work, but anyway. The price increase between tiers is kind of steep. You have basic demo capabilities and then you have to pay a lot more money to access capabilities that seem to be standard. If I want to make minor edits it usually requires more mouse clicks than it should. And this is petty, but I would like to see more pre-made templates available instead of having to create everything myself.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before walnut we had to give a live demo for every single prospect, which consumed a lot of our time. If a prospect wanted to go back over the demo we would either have to schedule another call or send a boring static deck. Now we can send an interactive demo that actually shows the product instead of us telling them about it. This frees up our sales team to spend their time working on actual deals that are progressing versus doing the same demo walk through 20 times a week.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our interactive demo feature! We're glad to hear that it's helping you save time and customize demos for your prospects. We appreciate your feedback and will take your comments about pricing and template availability into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 6. A better way to run product demos in sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jolanda M. | Sales enablement manager, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I do like very much about Walnut is that it integrates into our sales arrangement without additional effort. It was easily implemented and I began to use it frequently. Its connection to such tools as Salesforce makes its deal context transparent and the user friendliness allows me to sell rather than set up. It facilitates my working process and maintains demos in line with our messaging.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The problem that I have with Walnut is primarily related to maintenance. It may slow me down during the busiest weeks when I have to keep my demos updated regularly. Those delays accumulate since I use it often and at great frequency. The execution involved a coordination with several teams and this affected momentum. Although the features are robust, it is always hard to handle them.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut corrects the fact that it depends on live environments too often during sales. The demo experience is controlled by us now, which is good to the entire team. I have been using it on a regular basis and the implementation was useful to standardize our process. The features allow various selling events and it is linked with CRM tools which keep everything up to date.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We're glad to hear that Walnut has seamlessly integrated into your sales process and has made your demos more transparent and user-friendly. We understand that maintenance can be a concern, and we're continuously working to improve the efficiency of our platform to minimize any slowdowns during busy periods.

 ### 7. Effortless Demo Creation with Walnut

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pushpanjali K. | Manager, Solutions Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I like best about Walnut is that it gives me complete control over my demos without relying on engineering. I can easily create personalized, no-code demos that align with each prospect’s use case, ensuring every session feels relevant and impactful. Plus, the analytics help me understand what resonates with prospects, so I can refine my story for future demos. Overall, Walnut lets me focus on selling value instead of managing demo environments

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

While Walnut is a powerful platform, I’ve noticed a few limitations from a sales engineering standpoint. Customizing very complex or deeply interactive workflows can sometimes be challenging, since it’s still a simulated environment and not a live product. Managing frequent product updates also requires periodic recapturing to keep demos current, which can be time-consuming. Additionally, the analytics, while insightful, could go deeper into user behavior patterns to help fine-tune demo narratives. That said, the pros far outweigh the cons, and Walnut continues to evolve quickly.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut solves one of the biggest pain points for sales engineers — unreliable demo environments and limited customization. Before Walnut, we often struggled with live demo breakages, data inconsistencies, and dependency on engineering to maintain demo setups. Walnut eliminates all that by allowing us to capture our product once and build fully controllable, no-code, interactive demos.

This helps me create tailored demos for each prospect quickly, without worrying about technical glitches. It also shortens prep time, ensures consistent storytelling across the team, and provides analytics that show what parts of the demo resonate most. In short, Walnut helps me focus on demonstrating value rather than managing demo logistics — which improves both my efficiency and the buyer’s experience

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for the great rating and the specific feedback about your experience—we're actively improving the UI/UX and would love to walk through the friction points with you. Your edge cases help us build a better product for everyone. Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 8. Practicality and Interactivity with Small Learning Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gui J. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I like the practicality of the platform and the way it allows creating interactive demonstrations without relying on code. It is a very useful solution for sales and pre-sales teams because it saves time and makes presentations much more engaging and realistic. The interface is intuitive and greatly facilitates the process of customizing the flows.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I believe that the initial learning curve could be a bit simpler. Some advanced features require time to fully understand. Additionally, the loading time of the demos is sometimes a bit slow depending on the browser or network.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut solves the challenge of creating personalized and interactive demos without relying on the technical team. Previously, it was necessary to involve developers whenever we wanted to realistically showcase a product to a client. Now, I can set up dynamic and tailored demos for each use case in just a few minutes, which has greatly increased the efficiency of presentations and improved the conversion rate in business meetings.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for sticking with us through the initial learning curve—we're working on making onboarding smoother. We'd love to understand where you hit the most friction during setup so we can optimize for similar workflows - here's my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 9. Excellent Support and Communication, Evolving Into a More User-Friendly Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juls Z. | Digital marketing Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The support team has consistently provided quick and reliable responses, and they do a good job of keeping us informed about features that are not yet available but are planned for future releases. This helps our business stay aligned and up to date as things progress. The integration with HubSpot has also been extremely useful, as it enables us to track data from forms, which in turn has delivered quality leads to our sales team. I typically create one to three Walnut product tours each quarter, and having reusable templates has made this process much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Sometimes it just feels clunky but I think part of that has to do with having been around it for a while now that we're slowly seeing it evolve into something truly useful and understanding how to maximize usage. There was a big learning curve it felt like but since then, it's become easier to use and understand which comes from them changing aspects of the platform as well.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because we do not provide a free trial of our software and many potential customers are reluctant to schedule a live demo, these tools give us a valuable way to engage with prospective buyers. They allow people to explore our software and discover the features that differentiate us, all while lowering the perceived barriers to entry. This approach has helped us identify who is genuinely interested, which features resonate most with users, and what aspects people are eager to learn more about. As a result, we are able to draw broader industry insights about what matters most to buyers during their decision-making process.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for the review and the specific feedback about the editor experience—we're actively improving the UX and would love to walk through the friction points with you. Your edge cases help us build a better product for everyone. Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 10. Revolutionizes Demo Creation, Minor Image Editing Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott N. | Senior Technical Marketing Evangelist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

It's a dream come true for this technical marketer in the Observability space. I've worked both service provider and enterprise and the ability to demo a big data platform capability is no easy feat. With Walnut, gone are the need for packet replay and not enough data to show all the UI capabilities. We can now take a pre-alpha wireframe of a UI solution, get it into Walnut, and modify the UI to demo what the software *will* look like. It also instantly addresses the need for anonymization in demos. Packet replays to a real system don't have that capability unless the feature is in the actual UI SaaS Software Solution. Where was this a decade ago? I use this every day!

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Some captured screenshots don't translate an image into HTML or vice-versa. I've had times where I want to add a graphic or change a graphic and it's actually a graphic in complex HTML... or I need to anonymize some items and the system has it as a Cloudinary image. So I have to grab the image out of Cloudinary and photoshop edit it, which is an inconvenience. That said, I think this is more of a function of the software for which Walnut is screen capturing than a limitation within Walnut itself.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the ease of creating demos for selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers. It is also enabling me to create tactical and specific use-case demo videos to help in the middle of a sales cycle to further convince a potential buyer fo r their specific needs. There is even an opportunity to use the system to address a customer specific use case to avoid a length and expensive proof of concept!

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for the great rating and the specific feedback about the editor experience—we're actively improving the UX and would love to walk through the friction points with you. Your edge cases help us build a better product for everyone. Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 11. Interactive demos that support faster sales conversations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clara F. | Revenue operations strategist, Cosmetics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I like the most about Walnut is that it allows us to have uniform demos throughout the entire team. I also have it on a regular basis to ensure that all the prospects view the same good product narrative. It is integrated with our CRM tools so that everything is connected and thus the management can monitor usage. The numerous features allow me to feel more organized and less time strained at work even when it is in the busy sales periods.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The aspect that I dislike about Walnut is that it may take a longer time to implement than it seems to do with advanced demos. Reworking demos following product changes is also an additional burden to my work. Smaller teams may struggle with the cost that paralyzed adoption in our business. These weak points do not negate the value, but do affect the speed at which we can act as things evolve.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut resolves the issue of disorganized and irregular product demos. I am no longer afraid of displaying out of date screens or not having the essential features. This has assisted our team to remain in line and enhanced the frequency of deals. I make it my daily routine and it saves time as well as increases confidence in demos. It makes it less friction inducing to the sales reps and prospects.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Walnut. We're pleased that the numerous features have helped you feel more organized and efficient during busy sales periods. We acknowledge your concerns about implementation time and reworking demos, and we're committed to addressing these challenges to provide a smoother experience for our users.

 ### 12. Time-Saving Templates and Effortless Client Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitaliy B. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Today I was able to avoid creating an entirely new deck because Walnut has hundreds of templates which is a huge time saver and avoided a headache. Walnut also shows me when clients have viewed the slides - which is useful as now I will be able to tell when someone needs to be called. Clients don't need to create an account or go through any other process and they simply click on the link and it is accessible.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Sometimes (like last week) data syncs to Data Studio take 24 hours - which is crazy. Walnut is very difficult to use because there are no folders and all information is dumped into one large pile. I dislike when the slides distort and then I have to re-upload them three times to get the font to display normally. Lastly I dislike when the audio gets muffled during video calls.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At least I had Walnut to thank for not having to manually enter Gmail invite information after spilling coffee on my notes and looking everywhere for a pen. Walnut automatically logs my activity and updates my CRM for me - allowing me to focus on other things. Daily email reports showing me what my team is using from me help me understand how I am doing on my goals.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We're glad to hear that you find our templates and client sharing features helpful! We understand the frustration with data sync delays and the lack of organization with folders. We are continuously working to improve these aspects of our platform to provide a better user experience. If you are open to hopping on a call with our product team - we would love to walk through your feedback! https://calendly.com/tia-wu-walnut/30-minute-meeting-clone-1

 ### 13. Consistent product presentations every time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo R. | Sales operations manager, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Delivery of demos is the most enjoyable thing to me on Walnut because it is very straightforward. I use it frequently to demonstrate potential products to prospective customers in a realistic flow, and without any technical danger. I can spin up demos very easily and the fact that it integrates with our CRM is a natural part of our sales process. With the features I am able to customize demos to various audiences without incurring high prep time.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The part that I do not like about Walnut is maintenance of demos. Although the ease of use is satisfactory, the actual updating of the product as the product evolves can be time consuming. I have used it regularly, and minor updates cumulate and impact productivity. There are features that need special configuration that would make things slow at the time of busy sales cycles, and cause me to be more careful with planning demo updates.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut eliminates the issue of inaccurate and inconsistent prints. Live demos used to be broken or off track before usage. Today, demos have become predictable, and are firmly in place and closely integrated into our sales process. I have been using it quite often and it has made my team remain confident. Daily work also becomes easier since I do not waste time with troubleshooting activities but rather make useful sales calls.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We appreciate your feedback on Walnut's demo delivery and its integration with your sales process. We understand the difficulties you encounter with demo maintenance and the impact on productivity during busy sales cycles. We are committed to addressing these concerns and improving the efficiency of demo updates and configurations.

 ### 14. Empowers interactive demos and streamlines sales workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Armado M. | Revenue operations manager, Newspapers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

To me, the greatest strength of Walnut is the ability to develop interactive demos by myself. I deal with it on a day to day basis, and its integration with CRM systems ensures that everything is in line with our sales process. I will be able to take the prospects through live situations rather than having to display static screenshots. It enhances my workflow since demos can be reused and repetitive and therefore save some time and maintain the topic of conversation.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The negative aspect of Walnut that I do not like is that it is possible to spend a lot of time developing more complex demos. It was a learning curve during implementation, complex flows took more time to set up than anticipated. Demos usually require re-work when there are product changes, which is a slow-down to my day. This has affected my performance in that it has slowed down on the follow-ups and has burdened me at the peak sales periods.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut assists in standardizing the presentation of demos in teams. It has a positive influence on my business since all people convey the same message. This creates less confusion, better internal alignment and onboarded new sales reps in a faster manner. It brings sanity to a process that was not consistent.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Walnut's interactive demo development and CRM integration. We understand that the learning curve during implementation and the time required for complex demo development can be challenging. We're committed to enhancing our platform to make it easier and more efficient for users to create and update demos, ultimately saving you time and improving your workflow.

 ### 15. Simple, Fast Interactive Demos with Polished Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew D. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I really appreciate how simple and fast it is to create interactive demos, and I love how polished the final result looks. The content creation process feels intuitive, which makes it incredibly easy to build interactive demos without friction. Overall, it’s been an excellent tool for me.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

All the features have worked perfectly for us, and we haven’t run into any problems. In my experience, I can’t think of any real downsides. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this platform.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has significantly increased our lead flow and made creating demos much simpler. It lets us present the product more easily and has fundamentally changed how we manage knowledge. As a result, we’ve been able to produce many more feature demonstrations.

**Official Response from Adi Bordowitz:**

> Thank you for the great review! It's fantastic to hear that Walnut has streamlined your demo creation and increased your lead flow. Making it simple and intuitive for teams like yours to produce polished demos at scale is exactly what we're focused on.
We appreciate you being part of the Walnut community!

 ### 16. Easy Workflow Capture with Virtually Unlimited Demo Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Varun B. | Solutions Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I love how easy it is to break down complex workflows, and it offers virtually unlimited options for presenting a product. I also love how quickly we can capture workflows—it works exactly as promised. Overall, it lets me fully customize the demo experience to fit what I need.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The product has met our needs perfectly, honestly, I haven't found anything I don't like yet. It's been incredibly useful and is excellent overall.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use interactive demos for sales, and they save our sales consultant a lot of time. They give potential customers a hands-on, interactive experience and make it much easier to create product demonstrations. Overall, it’s been very helpful for showing how the product works and guiding customers through the key parts of the experience.

**Official Response from Adi Bordowitz:**

> Thank you for the excellent review! It's great to hear that Walnut is saving your sales consultants time while giving prospects that hands-on, interactive experience. The flexibility to fully customize demos and capture complex workflows quickly is exactly what we built the platform for.
We appreciate you being part of the Walnut community!

 ### 17. Walnut: True Saviour

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul S. | Solution Demo Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The capability of able to replicate the products in such a way that the intended audience just falls in love with the output this can generate. and the way Walnut helps us to do that in a very simple way is commendable. The complete dependency on Pre-prod/Test/Dev environment during demos is gone and we can demo it with Walnut Prototype is just amazing. Also the feature which we can use to make the demo customer specific with their details makes it more catchy for Customer which keeps them engaged and they are able to relate it in a better way.!! For any queries the customer support is just amazing and they do fix it very quickly and get it resolved. The way we can integrate this with most of the Applications/tools/products is just amazing. Once a user is starting to use the Demos created by Walnut they cant just go back to old way of doing demos through PPT so the frequency of use is on higher side.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

There are few things such as
1. when we actually capture the screens and the preview it shows is sometimes different than what it actually captured and if I just basis on the preview if i continue doing it and then in later stages when we opened it in Edit mode then the screen shows different which is a big downside.
2. When changing the selected element for tooltip sometime it doesn't work quiet smoothly and need to give a couple of tries.
3. At times the lag when doing edits is also a let down even if the network is good.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dependency on Pre-prod/Demo/Test/Dev environment for Demo purpose as most of the times these environments are not stable and which can leave a very bad impression of Product in front of the customer, so Walnut is helping me in creating the Prototypes which can be used for Demo and make it better. Also we are using it to create interactive training material for diff products which is being used by Customers and also the internal users.

 ### 18. It simplifies client walkthroughs and presentations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernetta M. | Customer success lead, Civil Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The most positive thing about Walnut is that it allows me to test and display features on a demo environment. I apply it in all situations to demonstrate potential clients what our product is capable of, and seamless connection to Salesforce continues to track without difficulty. This amount of features is just sufficient to give each demo a custom feel, and the daily usage has made my working process more efficient, reducing the process of back and forth between the sales and product teams.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The negative thing is that certain innovative customization options may seem too restrained. In cases when I attempt to make more elaborate demos, I am faced with limitations that demand workarounds. I work with Walnut daily and, therefore, these restrictions at times reduce my preparation. Although it is outstanding in terms of general demos, pushing any ideas of creativity may need additional efforts or creativity.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut addresses the issue of having to create interactive demos manually with prospects. I also make a daily use of it to demonstrate the features of our products to clients, which makes the presentations smooth and consistent. It decreases the back and forth between sales and product sides, and connectivity with Salesforce will keep leads and activity updated automatically. Its regular usage has made the process of providing demos much faster and has also increased the rate at which our team makes deals.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We're glad to hear that Walnut has been beneficial for your client walkthroughs and presentations. We appreciate your feedback on the customization options, and we'll take this into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I appreciate Walnut's ability to standardize demonstrations throughout our organization, and its content control features are excellent, which is crucial for reducing operational and legal risks for our sales team. Additionally, I really liked the user interface and was able to develop a compliance-approved product script to help manage the narrative.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I wasn't convinced by the depth of the analysis, particularly when it comes to the training team. While I do have access to some metrics, I find myself needing a more comprehensive and detailed dashboard.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have addressed numerous challenges in our sales ecosystem, particularly the most pressing ones, by eliminating the fear of system errors during high-level meetings and overcoming the slow onboarding process for new users.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Walnut! We're thrilled to hear that you appreciate our standardized demonstrations and content control features. We understand the importance of reducing operational and legal risks for your sales team.

 ### 20. Reliable platform for product and building demos

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald K. | Sales Enablement Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

My favorite feature about Walnut is the frequency with which I use it to create demos that appear clean and consistent. The features provide me with ample work-with and connecting it with our CRM helped a lot in the implementation. I also like the fact that I am able to make something concrete and do not have to wait on the other person. It is now something that is a regular aspect of my weekly routine and saves much of the back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

When layouts do not work as intended, the biggest nuisance to me is that certain demos require more adjustments than I supposed. It makes me slow down during the days when I am in a haste to achieve something. Customer care is friendly and the additional changes continue to consume my time. Some of the projects took more time than it was supposed to take due to the need to redo some parts rather than deliver immediately.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut has assisted us in cleaning up much of the back and forward with regards to demo creating. I am able to create what I want and keep deals going instead of waiting on product teams. It has made our work easier as we receive what we need within a shorter period of time. I am not multitasking as I have fewer small requests to attend to, and the team also enjoys the advantage of having demos prepared on time.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Walnut has helped streamline your demo creation process and reduce the back and forth. We value your feedback and are continuously working to optimize our platform to ensure a seamless experience for our users.

 ### 21. Walnut boosts our daily demo prep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Driss B. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I like the feel of the Walnut when I am creating product demos and given that I am using it almost every day. Its adoption did not take long and I preferred the ease with which it integrated with HubSpot and Slack to allow my team to share demos without handoff. The features listed are good enough to perform quick edits and its make the product walk throughs are genuinely made are much more natural to the prospect. It has been a pleasant stimulus in my presentation at the workplace.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The worst is that some of the changes are limited and this is frustrating at the time when I am fine tuning a demo. Those limits are apparent since I use Walnut rather often. It is compatible with HubSpot, and I still will switch between tools to make minor changes. The feature list is respectable, although the missing components do slow me down in the workplace and introduce additional steps that I do not want to take.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut addresses the headache of completing similar demos without dragging engineering to all the requests. I rely on it frequently and it makes the entire process of my team faster. The fast deployment and easy integration with HubSpot allow us to share demos, ensuring that all the people stay on track. Good set of features is less mistakes in what we display and that has made my work seem more in order and much less chaotic.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for your feedback on Walnut. We're pleased to hear that it has helped streamline your demo process and improve the quality of your presentations. We understand your concerns about the limitations and will strive to address them to better meet your needs. Interested in early access to new features or quick feedback sessions? ### 22. Interactive sales demos are a breeze now due to Walnut.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naresh M. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I use Walnut to create/share interactive demos that allow prospects to play with our product without a live call. Very easy to take screens, add context and customize each flow based on who I’m presenting too. Once the templates are in place, updating & reusing them for varying deals is seamless and saves me hours each week.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

When I have a bunch of demos to manage across several teams, calling everything consistent can also feel pretty manual and especially when we roll out product updates. The analytics view also requires a few more clicks to give me the insights I really care about such as where do prospects drop off, for example. Not a huge issue, though it would be nice to streamline that for an even faster workflow.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut saves me from doing as many of the live demos and let prospects experience things in their own time. It has allowed us to scale our sales process more rapidly and make the sales model a business line approach, as well as allowing for marketing and product teams to understand what features people interact with. On the whole they’ve allowed us to tell our product story in a more intimate and memorable way.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your experience with Walnut! We're thrilled to hear that Walnut has been instrumental in streamlining your sales demos and saving you valuable time each week. We appreciate your insights on areas for improvement, such as managing multiple demos and enhancing the analytics view. Your feedback is invaluable as we continuously work to enhance our platform. We'll certainly take your suggestions into consideration to improve the user experience. If you have any further feedback or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. ### 23. Streamlined Demo Creation with User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharleen D.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I appreciate the ease of use that Walnut offers, which is particularly beneficial considering the technical nature of IOS software. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, enabling individuals who are not deeply technical to efficiently create demos. This democratizes the creation process, allowing my team to develop professional-quality demos quickly and almost automatically, without being hindered by the complexities that typically accompany such tasks. The setup of Walnut was also straightforward, with the capture tool being easy to install, further enhancing the usability and accessibility for my team. I value how Walnut enables us to focus on creating perfect, customized software demos of our industrial control system and machinery interfaces without the need for a stable instance of our complete software, simplifying otherwise technical processes.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I find that capturing the initial demo stage can be quite lengthy, especially when dealing with large and tailored machinery software interfaces. This process takes longer than anticipated, which can be a bit frustrating.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Walnut to create customized software demos, which helps overcome the reliance on stable instances of our complete software. Its ease of use democratizes the creation process, making demo creation quick and accessible even for team members who aren't technically inclined.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you appreciate the ease of use and user-friendly interface of Walnut! Our goal is to simplify the demo creation process for all users, regardless of their technical expertise. Interested in a quick feedback session? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 24. Dynamic Content and Seamless Integration, But Setup Challenges Remain

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariajose M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I appreciate Walnut for its ability to effectively tackle content drift, ensuring that the product value communicated during sales aligns perfectly with what users experience during onboarding and training. This functionality significantly reduces the time to value and lessens the workload on support teams by addressing dock issues effectively. I also find the Salesforce integration extremely valuable, as it plays a key role in linking key demos and coaching metrics, which are crucial for maintaining smooth operations and in-depth analysis. The seamless integration with our CRM systems stands out as a major advantage, adding to the overall efficiency and cohesiveness of my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I found the customization of Walnut somewhat challenging, particularly when dealing with complex multistep scenarios. The image at the top of the browser's extension was confusing and slightly hindered the customization process. Additionally, the flow estimation process and the complexity associated with using the editor for adjustments proved to be problematic. These issues contribute to a less smooth workflow and can affect the overall efficiency.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Walnut to tackle content drift, ensuring consistent product value from sales to onboarding and training, which reduces the support team's load.

 ### 25. Immersive and Engaging Demos, But Steep Learning Curve and Pricing Hurdles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eline V. | Technical Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I like best about Walnut is the immersive experience it creates. It makes it easy to truly engage with the product in a realistic and interactive way, almost as if I were exploring it firsthand. This approach not only helps me understand the product’s value much better but also makes the entire experience more memorable and enjoyable. I appreciate how Walnut transforms what could be a simple demo into something dynamic, interactive, and genuinely engaging.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

While I have enjoyed using Walnut, I have encountered a few challenges. The learning curve for some of its more advanced features was steeper than expected, which meant that it took extra time and training for our team to get fully comfortable.
Additionally, mobile-compatibility and performance issues have arisen: some demos don’t behave optimally on smaller screens, and editing or capturing workflows can feel sluggish at times.
Finally, the pricing structure and upfront commitment were significant; with no free trial or monthly plan available, the investment felt substantial before we could fully evaluate the platform’s fit.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut helps us solve two key problems in our workflow. First, it allows us to create guided, interactive demos that make it much easier to showcase how ClickUp works in a clear and engaging way — without needing to rely on live environments or complex setups. Second, we use Walnut for our ClickUp level test answer keys, which helps standardize and streamline the evaluation process. Overall, Walnut saves us time, ensures consistency, and provides a more polished and immersive experience for both our clients and internal team.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! We take pricing feedback seriously and are constantly evaluating how to provide value across different company sizes. We also appreciate you sticking with us through the initial learning curve—our team is actively working to make onboarding smoother.

Would you be open to a quick call to share what would make Walnut a better fit for your needs and where you experienced the most friction during setup? Your feedback would directly help us improve for teams like yours.

 ### 26. Intuitive and practical platform that boosts productivity, but the price is a major barrier.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanderlei G. | Expert Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I truly appreciate how practical Walnut is. It simplifies the process of creating demos, and the end results always look impressive. I also enjoy how smooth and intuitive the platform's navigation feels.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I think Walnut’s pricing is quite high. I would like to use it for my personal projects, but the cost is simply too much for an individual user. Even when we looked into using it for smaller corporate projects, the price was still a major obstacle. Our team manager also felt it was too expensive given the size of our development team.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut streamlines the creation of interactive demos without requiring advanced technical knowledge or taking time away from the engineering team. It saves time, enhances the quality and presentation of our demos, and enables us to deliver a more personalized and professional experience to potential clients. This increases efficiency and helps communicate the product’s value clearly and quickly.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

 ### 27. Exploring the Pros and Cons of Walnut

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasmin S. | Estagiária, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I like most about Walnut is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes it easy to create and customize interactive demos quickly, saving a lot of time in the process. I also appreciate the visual quality and how it allows me to present products in a more engaging and professional way.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

What I don’t really like about Walnut is that sometimes some features take a bit long to load or feel limited depending on the type of demo I’m creating. I also think it could have more customization options and integrations to make the presentations even more complete and flexible.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut solves the problem of creating interactive demos quickly and easily, without needing technical support or developer involvement. It makes it much simpler to present products in a personalized and engaging way. This benefits me because I save time, can adapt the content to different audiences, and make my presentations look much more professional.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for the 10/10 and for the honest feedback about performance issues—this is exactly what helps us improve. ### 28. Empowers Consistent Sales Messaging, Needs Smoother Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn M. | Business Analytics Manager

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I find Walnut immensely valuable for creating premade and standardized demos, which greatly supports our sales functions. Its ability to be used for training by providing pre-recorded how-to videos is a huge asset for us, especially in communicating effectively with our customers both post-implementation and for existing clients. I really appreciate the cloning feature for templates that allows us to iterate instead of starting from scratch, saving us significant time and effort. The enhanced animation tools and call-to-action buttons offer a richer experience, making our demos more engaging. The customer service is another aspect I value deeply; every interaction is productive and focused on our platform adoption rather than upselling, demonstrating a genuine concern for our success. Additionally, the positive sales experience stood out, as it was straightforward and reassuring, making Walnut seem approachable rather than daunting. This user-friendliness is particularly useful for managing a large volume of demos while our team expands.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Initially, setting up Walnut was challenging due to the complexity of our application and the separate hosting of our UI dashboard functions. Walnut struggled to capture the actual story mapping of these dashboards, making it tricky to display interactivity. Although we managed to work around it and received support from our account manager, it was not seamless. Moreover, adopting the software took us a considerable amount of time as we had to navigate and find workarounds for our workflow needs. Offering a bit of implementation time before committing to payment could improve our experience, allowing us to properly set up and familiarize ourselves with the software.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Walnut to standardize sales messages, making our complex offerings easier to understand, and provide consistent, pre-made demos and training for new staff and customers.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for sticking with us through the initial learning curve—we're working on making onboarding smoother. We'd love to understand where you hit the most friction during setup so we can optimize for similar workflows. Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 29. Fantastic Support and Efficient Lead Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross P. | Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I really appreciate Walnut for several reasons. Firstly, their level of customer service is outstanding. The Walnut team, including our dedicated account manager, has been incredibly supportive, guiding us through the onboarding process and providing training sessions that are very informative. This support has been essential in demonstrating the platform effectively. I am impressed with their innovative approach to helping us better utilize the tool, and the contracted support hours part of our enterprise package ensures we have expert assistance whenever needed. The screen capturing capability is particularly beneficial, as it facilitates building live demos with an intuitive interface, making updates seamless and maintaining progress in creating templates without hassle. This feature enhances our marketing and sales efforts significantly. Additionally, Walnut is pivotal in warming up prospects, allowing them to self-serve with tools that are market and branding controlled, thereby optimizing our sales funnel and improving lead acquisition. This automation aspect, along with the platform’s versatility for resolving customer inquiries and its integration with our tech stack as a main lead driver, marks it as an invaluable asset to my organization. I also value how both marketing and sales teams recognize and appreciate the benefits Walnut brings to our operations.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I find the text-to-speech functionality challenging, as we have to depend on account managers to upload a British voice. The interface for analytics isn't the most user-friendly, and I would appreciate being able to add users to view analytics without needing them to be on the account. Additionally, more control over card placement in templates would be beneficial, as the current setup is limited to set parameters which restricts flexibility.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Walnut to efficiently triage prospect leads and automate customer engagement. It allows prospects to self-serve, enhancing our control over branding and improving the customer funnel. It's versatile for lead generation and resolving customer inquiries, boosting our sales operations.

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I greatly value Walnut's streamlined and quick onboarding process, which was made even better by the gracious, helpful, and friendly support team who provided a white glove service. Using Walnut has allowed my division to efficiently conduct presales demos with its easy-to-use features, such as the capability to quickly curate and stitch together custom canned demos. This has significantly lifted the burden of my team needing to conduct live demonstrations, as it enables us to support the SMB sales team more effectively. I appreciate the modernity of the product and feel confident in the tools provided. The overall experience with both the product and the team has been exceptionally positive and is a strong reason why I would opt to use Walnut again, as well as recommend it to others.

 ### 31. Complex Features Made Accessible with Quality Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** marissa s. | product marketing manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I appreciate that Walnut allows me to demonstrate different workflows of our product without potential customers needing a free trial, which is essential given the complexity of our legal software. This feature helps potential customers better understand and envision how they might use our product, which enhances their user experience and comprehension, ultimately aiding in sales efforts. Additionally, I really like the functionality of capturing screenshots with the keyboard rather than the mouse. This method is beneficial because it ensures that transient elements on the screen, which might disappear with a mouse click, are captured in the screenshots I need. This level of precision in capturing images is tremendously helpful for documentation and training purposes. Furthermore, I value how Walnut has aided in generating upsells and new leads, proving itself as a valuable tool in driving our business growth. These aspects more than justify my likelihood to recommend Walnut with a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I found it a bit difficult to learn Walnut initially, although we got the hang of it with some training. There were also some bugs with the program which caused difficulties. Another issue was that when I wanted to add tool tips by clicking on different items, sometimes it wouldn't let me click. Additionally, there is an automatic prompt that pops up asking if I want to apply changes globally, but there's no option to get rid of it, which leads to frustration as I find myself clicking all over to dismiss it.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut allows users to explore our software workflows without a free trial, aiding understanding of complex products and generating upsells and new leads.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas I. | Consultor Trainee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I really like using walnut for building demos of the tools we sell at our company. Since we are a company that sells licenses and consultancy, it is very important for clients to have this first contact through demos.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I think the site is a bit slow and I think it could be even more visual and attractive with colors and images.

Walnut has been fundamental for our company by simplifying the process of reaching customers, allowing it to be done more efficiently without requiring as much time and resources from our technical consultants to create personalized demonstrations for each client. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I appreciate most about Walnut is how quickly I can create with it. The speed of creation stands out to me, as time is valuable. I also find it excellent that I can easily clone, modify, and optimize workflows within minutes, which really helps shorten the feedback and pre-sales cycle.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I don't like that as the team expands and gains more knowledge and structure, the library etiquette starts to feel somewhat cumbersome.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut is excellent because, as an Account Executive, I have found my experience both empowering and professional. The platform has enabled me to reclaim valuable time and has elevated what used to be simple presentation processes into high-impact experiences. This tool is outstanding for scaling sales interactions while maintaining their quality, no matter the volume.

I really like the visibility it brings to explanations — it makes it much easier to teach and to understand systems and features.
I think it’s easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I think the tool is a bit slow, and sometimes it freezes while I’m using it.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to make it easier to explain the systems and tools we use internally in the company — and we apply it the same way with our clients, to simplify explanations of systems and tools.
In other words, the problem Walnut is solving for us is improving our communication and clarity.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

 ### 35. Effortless Demo Creation, Just Needs Faster Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda C. | Sales/Implementation Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I really like how Walnut makes everything so simple! I can create personalized demos in just a few minutes and show the product exactly the way I want, without needing help from the technical team. It’s a real game-changer for anyone working with sales and presentations.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes I wish the platform were a bit faster and had more flexibility when editing demos. Other than that, it’s an amazing tool!

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut helps solve the challenge of creating personalized and interactive demos at scale. By using it, I can automate demo delivery, tailor content to each prospect, and ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints. This saves a lot of time, improves engagement with clients, and ultimately helps drive more informed and faster buying decisions.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

 ### 36. Effortless Realistic Demos, Though Editor Could Be Smoother

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

I like that Walnut makes it really easy to build product demos that actually look and feel real, without needing a developer. It’s been great for showing off our product in a controlled way during sales calls. The ability to customize flows and hide certain parts of the UI is super handy too.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Sometimes the editor can feel a bit clunky, especially when you’re trying to update an existing demo. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a few things could be smoother. Other than that, it’s been a solid tool overall.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Walnut, we had to rely on live product environments or complicated demo setups for every presentation, which was a headache and risky if something broke mid-call. Walnut basically removed that stress. Now we can create clean, guided demos that look just like the real product, but without needing engineering support or worrying about data. It’s made our sales process faster and way more consistent.

 ### 37. Impressive Live Demos Anywhere, But Requires Some Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymon G. | Senior Vice President of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Turn recorded content into smooth live like demonstrations, irrespective of where you are.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

There is a bit of a learning curve before you can properly use all the features

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing guided tours that don't feel too scripted (even if they are), by anyone, not just the person created the tour, in any place, not just with sufficient internet access, quickly, is a huge asset to our sales and support functions.

 ### 38. Exceptional Flexibility, But Lacks More Interactivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme J. | Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The flexibility that Walnut offers allows for the creation of both business and technical processes clearly within the tool. The number of resources using the tool has only been growing due to its flexibility; we have approximately 8 users.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

It could have more interactivity, including gamification elements, such as quiz games.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with technical content for clients, and with Walnut's step-by-step, we can deliver clear and flexible presentations.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for the fantastic review and for being a Walnut advocate. We're continuously improving the product and would love to hear more about your experience and any ideas you have. Quick call? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 39. Walnut.io Review: Powerful No-Code Demos with a Steep Price Tag

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maurício M. | Estagiário em Consultoria, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The biggest benefit. Sales and marketing teams can build interactive, personalized product demos without needing developers.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

The tool is heavily focused on sales-demo use cases; if your needs are more around marketing, onboarding, or non-sales workflows, it might feel less flexible.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Walnut.io to create all my product demos, and it’s a game-changer. I can build interactive, personalized demos without relying on engineers, which saves me a ton of time. My prospects stay engaged longer, and I can track exactly what they’re interacting with. It helps me close deals faster and ensures every demo is consistent, professional, and tailored to the buyer

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! We take pricing feedback seriously and are constantly evaluating how to provide value across different company sizes. Would you be open to a brief call to share what would make Walnut feel like a better fit for your needs? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 40. Intuitive and efficient demo tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael C. | Consultor de software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I like most about Walnut is the ease of creating personalized and interactive demos without needing any technical support. The platform is intuitive, saves time, and helps present the product in a more engaging and effective way.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

One area for improvement would be offering more advanced features and integrations with other tools, which would make the experience even more complete.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut solves the problem of creating engaging product demos without relying on the technical team. This allows us to customize each presentation for clients, saving time, increasing engagement, and improving the efficiency of our sales process.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> This review made our day—thank you! As we continue evolving Walnut's performance, UX, and features, we'd love to keep you in the loop and tap into your expertise occasionally. Interested in early access to new features or quick feedback sessions? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 41. Easy, intuitive for sales enablement.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

What I love most about Walnut is how easy it makes creating and personalizing interactive demos. The platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and helps clearly showcase value to customers. Plus, the support team is always friendly and quick to help.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

What I don’t like as much about Walnut is that sometimes the loading time can be a bit slow when editing or previewing demos. It’s not a big issue, but improving performance would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Walnut helps us create interactive product demos without depending on developers or live environments. It solves the problem of time-consuming demo setups and technical limitations. Now, we can deliver personalized, realistic demos quickly and efficiently, which has improved our sales process and customer engagement.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for the great review and for the honest feedback about performance issues—this is exactly what helps us improve. ### 42. Total Customization, But with High Cost

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaiky P. | consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The freedom of customization allows you to adapt each demo to the client's profile without having to redo everything from scratch. This is gold for sales teams.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

High cost is a premium solution, aimed at medium and large B2B companies. For smaller businesses, the investment can be burdensome.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that Walnut solves (or "is") have a lot to do with the frustration of traditional product demonstrations, those that crash, are generic, long, and do not show what the customer really wants to see.

 ### 43. A game-changer for product demos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Walnut has truly transformed how our marketing and sales teams showcase our platform to prospects and customers. It's a great tool for generating warmer leads and accelerating the sales pipeline by allowing people to see our product before they even reach out to a salesperson. I also appreciate the rate at which Walnut is innovating. Its new AI demo creation capabilities have drastically reduced the amount of time it takes to create compelling and engaging demos.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

As with most software, there's a bit of an initial learning curve as a new user. But there's a ton of resources and documentation to help get people up to speed pretty quickly. There are also times when we've experienced some capture issues, but nothing their support team hasn't been able to help us fix.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interactive demos lead to higher prospect engagement, better understanding of our product, and ultimately, improved conversion rates.

 ### 44. Easy demo creation, good support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

Easy to create and share interactive product demos without needing a lot of technical set-up

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Can take a bit of time to get use to all of the customization options, though there are good tutorials and support team is great.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

providing demo tours to prospects so we don't prematurely qualify people or disqualify after investing a lot of time

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for the great review and for being a Walnut advocate. We're continuously improving the product and would love to hear more about your experience and any ideas you have. Quick call? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jamile m. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

The best part is about the end result. Because the end result is very pratical to show for client.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

I had difficulty at first. I think the platform would be more educational for beginners.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of showing my customers about my tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laryssa d. | Consultora Comercial Pl., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

The software is highly user-frindly. And the features/demos really help in the sales process - the customer feels like he is realy using the tool we did the demo about.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Sometimes, the releases don't work quite right.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer guided trials, enablement tutorials, and onboardings.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thanks for the great rating and the specific feedback about the editor experience—we're actively improving the product and would love to walk through the friction points with you. Your edge cases help us build a better product for everyone. Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

It is really helpful to show demonstrations about softwares that we work, even for internal (onboarding training) or external (client) demonstration.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

It sometimes can be buggy or glitchy or laggy.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal and external training

> Thank you for the fantastic review and for being a Walnut advocate. We're continuously improving the product and would love to hear more about your experience and any ideas you have. Quick call? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB

 ### 48. Intuitive and Easily Accessible Platform, Excellent Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 49. Unmatched Flexibility Makes It Stand Out

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

 ### 50. Streamlines execution demos dependent on our hardest to manage demo data

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek H. | Sales Engineering Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Walnut?**

They've really leveled up the experience of building demos. It's much easier now to build walnuts dependant on a lot of different screens and data points. This was the most important enhancement to improve our adoption of the solution. They also offer offline mode now which was a major request. Their customer success team is also very supportive with trainings and guidance, I feel setup for success working with them.

**What do you dislike about Walnut?**

Since they improved the screen capturing capabilities, I don't have any major issues with the product. I'd love for them to continue to improve how you can demo mobile apps on the platform.

**What problems is Walnut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our demo data is hard to manage, especially when the data is driven by integrations. Walnut enables us to seamlessly demonstrate our integrations and core features that pull data from external sources like marketing metrics. We're a data heavy platform being an operational tool, and the data is sourced from lots of real life actions. Walnut simplifies our ability to create realistic looking data in our demos.

**Official Response from Tia Wucher:**

> Thank you for the fantastic review and for being a Walnut advocate. We're continuously improving the product and would love to hear more about your experience and any ideas you have. Quick call? Here’s my calendly: https://shorturl.at/mSZeB
