**What do you like best about Walden Solutions Group?**

They possess expertise across all aspects of business. They assisted us in overhauling our KPIs so we could focus on measuring what truly matters. In the past, we've received advice from various consultants and bookkeepers, but they rarely helped with actual implementation. In contrast, this team provided a complete A to Z solution for our challenges.

**What do you dislike about Walden Solutions Group?**

Honestly, I don't have many complaints. However, you should be ready to make some adjustments. After they conducted their business review, they immediately identified several areas where we were either overpaying or unknowingly subscribed to services. It's frustrating to realize how much money we could have saved if we had brought them on board earlier.

**Recommendations to others considering Walden Solutions Group:**

If you find yourself relying on gut feelings because you don't trust your numbers, or if you're looking to grow your business, I would recommend giving them a try. We initially started with their bookkeeping service, and they offered us previews of some of their more advanced services. The impact these services had was significant. After experiencing the difference, we decided to upgrade, and we haven't regretted it since.

**What problems is Walden Solutions Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Walden, our financial operations were a mess - we had a CPA firm we were paying for CFO services and bookkeeping. Our taxes were filed late, we had no real financial visibility beyond "do we have money in the account?", and we were making major business decisions based on gut feel rather than data from people who didn't try to understand out business.

We now have clean, accurate books and can see our actual financial position at any time. No more waiting weeks to know if we're profitable. Their CFO services helped us build proper forecasts, understand our unit economics, and plan for growth. We recently secured a credit line thanks to the financial projections they helped us create. They also identified that we were missed retainage billing for several projects so were able to bill and collect around $200k within the first 60 days. 

They're proactive about tax planning throughout the year, not just at filing time. We've reduced our tax burden significantly through strategies our previous accountant never mentioned. And amending previous returns after they found errors with previous years fillings. 

I can finally focus on running and growing the business instead of worrying about whether the numbers are right or scrambling at tax time. Having a trusted financial partner who actually thinks strategically and operationally about our business has been game-changing.
