They also add new features when we were requesting new features to meet our needs. They were also always available to help us if we had technical questions. **What do you dislike about wakesys?** Guest needed to enter the full address for each additional guest on the same account at the beginning of the season. But now it's fixed. They enter it once. **What problems is wakesys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our previous booking system wasn't user friendly. Customers were complaining about it. Cost was really high for a 6 month usage. We have different products, packages, and we need an online waiver.
