wakesys is booking, waiver and point-of-sale software for activity parks and family entertainment centres. The company was founded in 2013 in Koerich, Luxembourg, by park operators, and its founders still run a park of their own: Charleston Aqua Park in South Carolina. Every feature is tested there before it reaches customers. The platform covers online booking, pre-arrival digital waivers with guardian consent, per-guest claim links for group and birthday bookings, an iPad point of sale on Stripe Terminal, upgrades and add-ons, rule-based pricing and one-tap check-in. It serves trampoline parks, aqua parks, indoor playgrounds, escape rooms, laser tag, axe throwing, adventure parks, climbing gyms, mini golf, padel courts, ice rinks, FECs and cable wake parks, and is available in English, German and French. Two platforms, one company: wakesys 5.0 has run cable and water-ski parks since 2013 and includes RFID wristbands, lap counting, operator screens and fiscal compliance for Germany and Austria. The new wakesys platform, launched in March 2026, is where all new development happens. More than 100 venues worldwide run on wakesys.
