wakesys is a booking and waiver management system built by park operators for park operators. Guests book in 60 seconds on their phone, sign waivers before arriving, and check in with one tap. Booking: online booking with live capacity on every time slot, a minimum party size per activity, exclusive booking for private escape rooms, lanes, courts and rink hire, birthday party packages that book themselves, and returning guests recognised by email. Rule-based pricing covers weekday, early-bird, group, second-session and happy-hour rates, with the old price struck through. Upgrades and add-ons are offered only when the session has room. Waivers: pre-arrival digital waivers where a parent or guardian signs for each child. A group booking gives one shareable link, and each family claims its own tickets and signs on its own phone. A valid waiver on file is reused for family members, every signed waiver is archived as a PDF, and staff see each guest's waiver status at check-in. At the counter and beyond: iPad point of sale on Stripe Terminal with cash and card, refunds and receipts, and memberships, season passes and punch cards tied to a named person on the family account. A one-script-tag booking widget, or a Book Now link for WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Webflow. An Apple Watch safety app that reminds lifeguards before each session starts and ends. A read-only MCP server so operators can ask Claude or ChatGPT about their park's numbers. Payments run through the venue's own Stripe account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay on the booking page. wakesys is built for activity parks and entertainment venues of every kind: trampoline parks, indoor playgrounds, family entertainment centers, waterparks and aqua parks, cable and wakeboard parks, laser tag, escape rooms, mini golf, axe throwing, ice rinks, padel courts, climbing gyms, adventure parks and surf parks. The software is available in English, German and French. It runs in any browser, with an iPad app for point of sale.
