## About Vyro
Vyro is the automotive digital retail platform built for the people actually responsible for online vehicle sales at the brand level — OEMs, distributors/importers, and multi-brand dealer groups — rather than single dealerships. Most tools in this category were designed for a single-rooftop dealership and then bolted onto manufacturer websites as an afterthought. Vyro was built the other way round: a unified, CI-compliant digital experience the OEM or distributor controls, with the inventory, finance, and dealer network plugged in underneath. **What do you like best about Vyro?**

Vyro has a fantastic front end and back end. For the customer it makes transacting very easy. The salesperson also has access to a dashboard that is very user friendly. We have great integrations with TradeBid (our tradein partner) and Finance Ireland. This allows customers to arrange their finance and trade in online. Support has been very strong with weekly meeting with the Vyro team and the new ticketing systems. Most bugs are fixed within 24 hours and the platform has been very reliable. The insights and audit feature really help us to get a good understanding of the customer. This allows the team to save valuable time as all of the customer information is in one place.

**What do you dislike about Vyro?**

I personally think there is bit of confusion between SalesHub and Dashboard. There are some features in SalesHub that I would like in Dashboard and vice versa. For example, the calendar view in SalesHub is great however, it would be great to access this in Vyro.

I also, find that filtering can take a lot of time. For example, if I wanted to view all this weeks order. I have to click a lot of filters. It would be great if some customisable quick buttons / shortcuts could be added. For example "all new orders this week". "all handovers this week". "all orders not delivered" etc. This would save a lot of time.

The new Overview page in Dashboard is great. However, it would be great if more editing was possible. For example for "test drive bookings" it would be great to be able to break this down by model and also include "completed test drives". It would be nice to have more control over the data and what is displayed. Also some quick buttons at the top like "last week", "month to date" would be great at this would allow you to quickly filter.

**What problems is Vyro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vyro helps us have a 24/7 virtual showroom. We only have 1 dealership on the Island of Ireland and Vyro allows to bring Polestar to customer's homes. We know a lot of customers now do most of their research before even visiting a physical showroom. Vyro allows a customer to build a Polestar var online, book a test drive organise their trade-in, arrange their finance and actually order the car online. It is fantastic to have this level of presence online.

**What do you like best about Vyro?**

Vyro provides a clear and well‑structured way to manage and evolve customer‑facing experiences. The interface they delivered is intuitive, and it’s easy to understand how different components fit together across journeys. It supports good collaboration between design, content, and delivery, which helps teams move from ideas to execution more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Vyro?**

One area for improvement is the visibility of backlog items and work in progress. Making it easier to see status, ownership, and progression at a glance would help teams manage work more efficiently, especially when multiple items are moving at the same time.

**What problems is Vyro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vyro helps teams create more consistent, scalable experiences by bringing structure to how journeys and content are designed and managed. It reduces fragmentation across tools and makes it easier to align teams around shared outcomes, which improves efficiency and clarity when working on complex experience design challenges.

Vyro have demonstrated world-class experience across a wide range of projects throughout our group, and I’ve really enjoyed working with them throughout the entire process.

There's nothing I can fault Vyro on, they are great!

Currently, Vyro is helping us streamline the ticket-purchasing experience for an event we’re working on. It includes a microsite with rich content, a seamless buying process, and an integrated payment solution.
