Vyond Reviews & Product Details

The ease to add animations and the gentle learning curve. It's easy to learn for solid results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The animations are great, but what animations are available sometimes seems random. Like I can have someone standing and giving a thumbs up, but that's not available for a sitting person.

The zoom function winds up not being terribly useful because of how pixelated the scene gets if you're zoomed all the way in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of my favorite things about Vyond include its ease of use, the number of customizable features available to me, and the language translation/closed-captioning functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think one downside that comes to mind is the (somewhat) lack of support articles available to search for when I get stuck in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Makes animation quick and easy! Also it provides professional looking video templates to create videos. It incorporates good text to speech voice over options. It generates videos and animations quickly. Packs a lot of useful features and tools for a reasonable prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several different price plans that provide different additional features. Not all features are available in the basic plan. Also, the more basic plans limit how many videos and how much voice over you can generate in a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Vyond allows for the rapid production of videos for personalized training and education. The lip-syncing capability is excellent and makes the animation more consistent, which helps the learner focus more naturally. I also found that the initial setup of Vyond was very straightforward. I compared Vyond with Powtoon and preferred Vyond, which makes me highly recommend it, with a 10 out of 10 likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague. I wish we had the option to show the back of characters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very unique application that allows the user to create videos of both animation and real images and avatars to explain, advertise, inform or train. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To get the best AI voices and avatars you are required to purchase the more expensive subscriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is fairly easy to use. I was able to create videos from day one. I love the tutorials that are offered live. I have learned a lot from those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the new credit system. My company pays for a license, and I still have to rely on credits. I know we get quite a few per license, but I hate sweating the end of the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its features—characters, simple props, AI tools, and the audio voice and tone—stand out to me. I also like how simple it is to use, even as a first-timer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Vyond Go (their AI prompt-to-video feature) does save time, the generated videos often still need significant manual tweaking to get the pacing, character placement, and timing right. Also, when it comes to highly specific or complex scene transitions and fine-tuned physics, the workflow can feel clunky to execute, especially compared with tools like Adobe After Effects. Vyond is amazing for creating videos (from scratch or using their AI template creator as a launch pad). I also use Vyond to create GIFs, images and CC for other products. Vyond is also a great tool for designing announcements and making infographics more interesting. The Vyond Community is super helpful as well - I can ask questions via live Chat or reach out through sounding boards anytime I need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't say much about what I dislike - it is a great addition to the suite of software required to design a phenomenal product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
