"A much better way to manage LinkedIn... Simple, useful and actually saves me time."
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

What I like most is that it keeps the whole LinkedIn workflow in one place without making it feel complicated.

I can plan posts, schedule them, check what’s performing and see when my audience is most active without jumping between different tools. The analytics are useful without being overwhelming, and the interface is clean enough that I actually use it regularly rather than forgetting it exists after a week.

For me, the biggest value is just saving time and making it easier to stay consistent with LinkedIn. For what I use it for, the value is good.

It replaces a few separate tools and saves me time managing LinkedIn, so the cost is easy to justify. I’m mainly paying for convenience, better visibility into what’s working, and having everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

Honestly, not much.

If I had to pick something, I’d probably say there are still a few areas that could go deeper as the product grows, especially around reporting and integrations.

But there’s nothing that’s been a real frustration or stopped me using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple and effective way to scale LinkedIn employee advocacy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

Vulse makes it much easier to coordinate our LinkedIn activity and involve more people across the business. We can manage content, scheduling, and performance insights in one place, while still allowing colleagues to communicate in their own voice. The platform is straightforward to use and the Vulse team is always responsive when we need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

Vulse works exclusively with LinkedIn. If you want to scale to other platforms, this could be a potential bottleneck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective platform for managing employee advocacy and B2B LinkedIn content"
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

Vulse has become even more useful since my original review. The upgraded reporting provides a clearer and more flexible view of employee participation, content performance and engagement. Custom email reports make it easy to keep stakeholders informed without having to compile updates manually.

The platform also gives employees more support when creating their own content. Improved tone-of-voice matching and content optimisation help each person produce posts that feel authentic while remaining consistent with the wider brand. Scheduling, publishing and performance analysis now work together as one straightforward process.

The expanded integration capabilities have also made Vulse easier to incorporate into our existing workflow. It feels like a complete employee advocacy platform rather than simply a tool for distributing approved posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

The areas mentioned in my original review have been addressed. Reporting is now more flexible through the upgraded dashboards and custom email reports, while the platform’s integration capabilities have continued to expand.

There are no significant gaps affecting how we currently use Vulse. I would encourage the team to continue developing the platform in consultation with customers, as their responsiveness to feedback has been one of the strongest parts of the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Employee Advocacy with Authentic Brand Voice"
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

Vulse has continued to improve since my original review. The upgraded reporting and analytics now provide a much clearer view of content performance, engagement and follower growth, with useful comparisons across different time periods. This makes it easier to identify which topics are working and communicate results internally.

The content creation experience has also improved. Tone-of-voice matching produces more natural starting points, while the optimisation tools help strengthen a post before it is published. Combined with the straightforward scheduling workflow and direct LinkedIn integration, Vulse now covers the complete process from developing an idea to measuring its results.

The platform continues to feel intuitive and built around the needs of real marketing and content teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

The improvements I previously wanted, particularly more advanced reporting, clearer analytics and greater customisation, have now been introduced. The upgraded platform gives me the detail and flexibility I need, so there are no significant gaps affecting my current use.

I would simply encourage the team to continue refining the platform based on customer feedback. They have been consistently responsive, and the regular improvements demonstrate that they listen closely to how customers use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vulse Makes Employee Advocacy Easy with Smart Scheduling and Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

Vulse makes it much easier to turn employee advocacy from a good intention into a consistent habit. The features I value most are the tone-of-voice guidance, content scheduling, and live analytics. The AI gives a helpful first draft without pushing everyone to share identical corporate copy, so colleagues can keep their own perspective and personality.

Scheduling takes away a lot of the last-minute pressure around posting, and the analytics help us see which topics and formats resonate most. I also like having community management and team activity in one place. Overall, it supports a more structured workflow without making LinkedIn participation feel overly controlled or micromanaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

Vulse is very focused on LinkedIn, which is also one of its strengths. That said, I’d welcome more support in the future for coordinating content across other social channels as well. Aside from that, it’s great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vulse Makes LinkedIn Advocacy Simple, Fast, and Truly People-First"
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

The sector I work in isn’t one people usually expect to find compelling on LinkedIn, and yet our distributors and workshops really do live there. What I like most about Vulse is that it’s given our team a way to show up in front of exactly those people, through voices they already trust. Instead of everything coming from the company page, my colleagues can share product launches and technical news with their own networks of partners and customers.

I’ve always believed content is about people, not logos, and Vulse is the first tool that’s let me put that belief into practice at work. The integrations are genuinely useful, and the app performs quickly every time I use it. The interface is also refreshingly simple, which matters when your colleagues are product managers and salespeople rather than marketers. No one has ever needed me to explain how it works. The analytics are detailed, useful, and really help us understand how campaigns are working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

Nothing at all. The platform has worked well for us. Day to day, it does everything I need it to do, and it’s clear that it keeps improving over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vulse Makes Sharing Effortless—and Proves Impact with Clear Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

Creative content is only half my job. Proving it worked is the other half, and Vulse is one of the few tools I’ve used that takes both sides seriously. On the creative front, it removes every excuse my colleagues used to have for not sharing: content is already there and ready for them, posting takes moments, and the whole experience doesn’t feel like a corporate obligation.

On the measurement side, the reporting finally lets me connect our people’s activity to real reach and engagement figures. In a group like ours—where LinkedIn matters for hospitality partnerships, retail relationships, and attracting talent rather than direct consumer sales—being able to show that value in numbers has changed how the channel is viewed internally.

A nice bonus is that the platform is fast. Nothing lags, nothing needs a refresh; it simply runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike about the product. The frequent updates, along with the consistent communication with customer support, have been really useful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vulse Is Intuitive, Expands Content Reach, and Delivers Clear Engagement Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

I’ve spent my career making complex software understandable—first as a technical writer and now in content management—so I tend to judge tools by how much explaining they require. Vulse requires almost none. Colleagues can open it and immediately know what to do, which in my role removes an entire category of work: no user guides to write, no onboarding decks to build, and no follow-up questions piling up in my inbox.

On top of that, it addresses a problem every content team knows well. We create strong material and then watch it underperform because a company page can only reach so far. Getting that content into colleagues’ hands to share has multiplied how far our work travels. The analytics also close the loop by showing which pieces earn genuine engagement, instead of leaving me to guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

As someone who works with words for a living, my needs are understandably niche. I’d really welcome finer control over content variants—specifically, the ability to prepare, track, and manage multiple phrasings of the same story for different audiences within a single workflow. Broader language support would also be a big help for international teams like ours, since we collaborate with colleagues across Europe and beyond. That said, neither of these gaps gets in the way of day-to-day use, and updates arrive often enough that I expect both areas to improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One brand voice became thousands of real ones"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

Getting colleagues across 60+ countries to talk about their work online sounds impossible—until you have the right tool. For me, it really comes down to two things. First, nobody needs training. An agronomist in Brazil and a marketer in Oslo see the same simple screen, and both immediately know what to do. Second, the scheduling handles time zones properly, so a campaign lands in each market at a sensible local hour instead of dropping in the middle of the night. I also rate the dashboard highly: it loads quickly, the numbers feel trustworthy, and I can answer a question from leadership in about thirty seconds rather than promising a report by Friday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

It’s a straightforward platform to use, and we’ve been really happy with the functionality overall. The only caveat is that reviewing any tool from within a company this international comes with limitations, and that’s more a reality of our setup than a criticism unique to Vulse. That said, regional filtering in the analytics could be more granular. We also keep our content within a brand-approval workflow, so the AI writing tools have gone unused on our account so far, which means I can’t fairly judge them either way. "Fast, Frictionless Content Distribution Powered by Employees"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Vulse?

I’ve spent my career in content, and the hardest part has never been creating it—it’s been distribution. Vulse solves that distribution problem in a way I hadn’t seen done well before. At Tele2 we produce a lot of strong material, from partnership announcements to sustainability stories, and historically most of it lived and died on our brand channels. Vulse changes that by turning our own people into a distribution network. I brief the content in, colleagues across the business pick up what fits their role and audience, and our stories travel much further than any single channel could carry on its own. The platform itself stays out of the way, which is the highest compliment I can give a tool. It’s fast, the interface is clear, and nothing about it creates friction for busy people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vulse?

Honestly, not much. As someone who works across partnerships, I’d really appreciate richer data on which external organisations and sectors are engaging with our content, because that would feed directly into partnership conversations and help me tailor outreach. That said, it doesn’t take away from the day-to-day experience, and the pace of development gives me confidence it will continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
