The best thing about the Vtiger platform is that it brings sales, marketing and customer support modules into a single unified platform, which makes managing the entire customer lifecycle easier in a single place. Also, their interface is very clean and has more customisation features, like contact management, deal tracking and pipeline workflow automation. Most of their higher-end features are packed with the high-tier plans. Their interface is intuitive, but certain modules feel cluttered for managing a large number of records.
