
I have all the clients info in vtiger but the more important info that I save are quotes and invoices, when I want to plan some strategy I just have to prepare some reports form the tool so I know how was the interaction with a specific client the last quarter. Taping next or simply turning the page over to the next page is exhausting and it is something that is easily forgotten, also copying the numbers from the Crm is not something that can be enjoyed so far I feel like the dialer was omitted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
