We were able to transition our 401k accounts to Voya financial. The implementation was with ease and the advisors were helpful getting the company acclimated.

**What do you like best about Voya Financial?**

The user interface is simple for employees and there are so many financial planning tools and funding methods.

**What do you dislike about Voya Financial?**

Administration is a bit difficult and their support team hasn't been forthcoming when tickets are submitted.

**What problems is Voya Financial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of 401k plans and employee resources

I am an agent using the portal for Voya Financial. The portal is very easy to use, and I am able to keep up with my clients' statuses as well as requirements at a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Voya Financial?**

Since I am able to view the summary and requirements in one glance, I am able to stay on top of my business and keep following-up with clients.

**What do you dislike about Voya Financial?**

I would like to have the "contact us" more user friendly. I sometimes have calls that get transferred so many times, so I would like to see improvement there.

**Recommendations to others considering Voya Financial:**

Voya has high standards and requirements for agents as well. I am with a broker that handles the small details, so I would make sure I have a strong backbone before coming in.
