Monitoring specific financial services compliance and automating manual processes reducing administrative errors and driving better business decisions. **Recommendations to others considering Fiserv:** I recommend Fiserv because it is dedicated to providing tools for managing and automating critical business processes and content providing a unified digital experience helping to organize, control and streamline document-intensive processes across the organization increasing productivity and success throughout the organization. the company, is a tool that offers flexibility and value, adding efficiency to work teams with maximum safety and speed. **What problems is Fiserv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fiserv is a wonderful enterprise content management software that improves operational efficiency by streamlining business processes and improving electronic records management increasing profitability. It is a tool that makes it easy for us to process, store and retrieve documents across the enterprise by providing automation to streamline key business processes by improving all aspects of the job. ### 2. Very good reports and clear and fast answers from the system plus with our payment provider it works perfectly. **What do you dislike about Fiserv?** Some loading times when the payment will be done late in the evening you will see it just the next day after 9am generally. **Recommendations to others considering Fiserv:** Be advised that payments are listing just one day later if you use a external provider. **What problems is Fiserv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting a great report and accounting system for payments and sells in our company. The software is highly transparent and easy to list-in. Its a all around system t make and get payments reports sorted by project and activity. ### 3. They are our outsourced core. From a banking software platform, they are the best in the business. **What do you like best about Fiserv?** Fiserv had exponentially increased the speed in which they roll out new banking product. This makes the marketplace fun and dislike. **What do you dislike about Fiserv?** Fiserv, being the giant, can sometimes turn as fast as an aircraft carrier. As I've previously said, they've focused a lot of resource on changing this. And, it is working. **Recommendations to others considering Fiserv:** There really isn't another core I'd consider. They are #1. **What problems is Fiserv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fiserv bridges the gap because commerce and consumers. We are in the money business and rely upon fiserv to be that conduit. ### 4. We outsource with Fiserv which means they handle the back end for all of our account transactions, opening new accounts, transfers, etc. They also provide the interfaces for these processes for our employees and provide our online banking interfaces (browser, mobile app) to our customers. They host all of these services in offsite datacenters that we have direct circuit connections to. **What do you like best about Fiserv?** They are a very large company so they have the resources to develop new products and solutions that help solve problems our institution faces. The fact they offer almost every single thing a financial institution would need for their core business allows you to save quite a bit of money by bundling everything together. **What do you dislike about Fiserv?** Fiserv has several different platforms they call "cores" this can fragment their customer base. For example we are using a core system that is not quite as robust as those banks using a different core system. Fiserv also has a tendency to nickel and dime you for everything. They like to charge installation fees for every product they offer as well as charge you a recurring monthly fee for every individual module. We've also experienced issues with them keeping their circuits up and issues with their hosted software staying up and running efficiently. **Recommendations to others considering Fiserv:** Make sure you evaluate which core would work best for you. ### 5. We are coming off an older system and we needed more hand holding than may be usual and our PM's have been willing to help in almost every situation needed. This increased our confidence in them as a vendor and more importantly in the product **What do you like best about Fiserv?** I like that we don't feel like we had to go with a product that is suited towards a large institution, given our size and client-base. **What do you dislike about Fiserv?** I dislike that we would need to pay for access to the more modern API, which is referred to as their Enterprise Service Framework. ### 7. All of the options and services you need are on the front screen, you do not have to go into multiple options just to finish a transaction, and it is very user friendly. **What do you dislike about Fiserv?** It needs a little update on how to get into the user's accounts, which is a few steps more than it should be. ### 13.
