Fiserv is our main core processor. We outsource with Fiserv which means they handle the back end for all of our account transactions, opening new accounts, transfers, etc. They also provide the interfaces for these processes for our employees and provide our online banking interfaces (browser, mobile app) to our customers. They host all of these services in offsite datacenters that we have direct circuit connections to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
They are a very large company so they have the resources to develop new products and solutions that help solve problems our institution faces. The fact they offer almost every single thing a financial institution would need for their core business allows you to save quite a bit of money by bundling everything together. We are nearing our conversion and to date our experienc ewith our conversion team has been pretty good. We are coming off an older system and we needed more hand holding than may be usual and our PM's have been willing to help in almost every situation needed.
