When you need support, they are there to help. **What do you dislike about VoucherCart?** There are no downsides. Its the best voucher site since sliced bread. **What problems is VoucherCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can earn money from our online vouchers. We can easily producer £30,00 in sales for Black Friday. You can too! ### 2. It is easy for staff to use and integrates into existing systems with little adjustment. **What do you dislike about VoucherCart?** If it had native integration with the Gym Master crm then it would be 10/10, this would of course require Gym Master to be able to host Voucher Cart. **What problems is VoucherCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Removing the need for labour intensive tracking methods, removing customer admin. ### 3. I don't know what I don't know and not sure there is anything I dislike **What problems is VoucherCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** If we were to only sell gift vouchers physically on site this would be time consuming and our sales would be limited to our opening hours... this way we can offer people a 24 hour, 365 day purchase option. ### 4. Perhaps it could be on a % basis? **What problems is VoucherCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its great to create demand during quiet periods and also very easy to change expiry, etc. so we dont need to get help constantly from service staff at VoucherCart ### 5. Very easy to set-up and very easy for customers to use. They have consider every aspect fo functionality and it would be hard to find a feature that they do not have. Very affordable too! **What do you dislike about VoucherCart?** Hard to criticise really as Vocuhercart is so good.
