**Describe the project or task Volt Workforce Solutions helped with:**

Volt provided temp and temp-to-hire labor for our warehouse team and customer service/order entry roles.

**What do you like best about Volt Workforce Solutions?**

They were very responsive.  I have used other agencies in the past, but I keep going back to Volt because they would respond quickly to meet the need.

**What do you dislike about Volt Workforce Solutions?**

Volt (at least my local office) doesn't tend to have as many higher caliber candidates for some of the more skilled or technical positions.

**Recommendations to others considering Volt Workforce Solutions:**

We found Volt most helpful for warehouse-type roles or other roles where extensive experience was not required; they didn't have as strong of candidates in areas that required more technical expertise or customer service experience.  (That being said, we did find great candidates.  A few times we took a risk on someone with less experience and were usually happy with the result).  Ask your office what they specialize in.

**What problems is Volt Workforce Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to fill open positions quickly and with relatively low hassle.
