**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

For me personally, the main advantages of the Voiptime Contact Center can be defined as easy setup, solid pack of features, integration capabilities and scalability.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

The main disadvantage is lack of built-in integrations, even though the CRM system can be included in the software at the set up stage.

**What problems is Voiptime Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solution is the all-in-one option for setting up a call center that is capable of handling both incoming and outgoing calls, which makes it a great option for us as we prefer to use all opportunities that are provided by the software.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

We've significantly reduced the number of call transfers thanks to their ACD with intelligent call routing. Customer don't like to wait in the queue for age or to talk about their problem endlessly. This software offers a customizable IVR that indentifies your customers and gives them  personalized service. And last but not least, they have good call quality monitoring tools. Their scorecards allow our managers to assess the agent's work as precisely as possible.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

It works well. We haven't seen any cons.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

It is very simple to use and implement! It took less than two days to start working. Also, our customer service reps benefit a lot from using two-way CRM integration. The client's card from our CRM is showed during the call that is a real time-saver. In turn, the client's data in the CRM system is automatically updated when an agent makes some changes.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

Nothing, the software meets our needs completely.

We needed an efficient solution for our customer service department to handle our customers' requests on time. Now we have it with Voiptime Cloud.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

Thanks to Voiptime Cloud software we grant our clients with expert service. This software is especially useful for telesales, telemarketing companies for doing mass outbound campaigns. It also helps to process your warm leads or cold databases more efficiently, automate dialing and related routine tasks, track the main call center KPIs, and make the workflow more transparent. And the price is really interesting when you look at all the functionality included.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

We feel a lack with the absence of a personal cabinet that allows us to control over our telephony expenses

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

This is a blended call center solution handling both inbound and outbound calls, it has easily configured outbound campaigns with an IVR constructor and many more useful features. The vendor came up with a perfect combination of quality and cost-efficiency. It's worth having it!

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

I haven't find any disadvantages or things to improve as I'm provided with everything I need.

**What problems is Voiptime Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a predictive dialer as perviously my agents were provided only with a simple autodialer. Voiptime is a great all-in-one solution.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

It has a great variety of features, especially I liked its detailed reporting and resources sections. Thanks to the Quality Assessment and Workforce my team are managed well and I've noticed a significant increase inefficiency. Generally, after using it for a while we realized its real robust and usage simplicity.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

Unfortunately, voicemail option is not available

**What problems is Voiptime Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to its multichannelty and full-featured base, we finally got rid of 2 separate softwares we had used before.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

We awlays seek ways to improve our communication channels with our clients and successfully deal with all their concerns. We got it with Voiptime Cloud. The product is easy to use and permits us to easily manage our call operations. From the reporting to real-time data, it helps meet our customers needs.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

We haven't noticed any cons so far. Occasional slowness maybe

Before we started using Voiptime, we had challenges with our previous application as it could not seamlessly handle the blended nature of our call center.

Working with Tanya and the team at Voiptime is awesome! By far the best customer service I have every received from a SAAS company!

Nothing, the software works well. The manual payment every month is something to update but otherwise it works like it should

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

We’ve been using Voiptime Predictive dialer for 6 months already and I’m more than happy with this software! My team now processes massive databases three times faster than they used to. Our sales have jumped exponentially. And now they’ve added FCC compliance feature, which means that we’ll be able to use Predictive dialer to its full potential and not be afraid to violate the law.  I’m very satisfied with this software. My only regret is that I didn't turn to them earlier.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

I have nothing to complain about so far. Though it would be great to send follow up emails directly from the system but that’s just a suggestion. Overall, I love it! 

**Recommendations to others considering Voiptime Cloud:**

Don’t waste your time. If your call center doesn’t work as it’s supposed to, maybe it’s time for a change.

**What problems is Voiptime Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had big contact lists of potential leads, but agents couldn’t reach them fast enough. Our sales fluctuated because of that and I had to either hire more people or come up with something more effective to process calls. Once I implemented Voiptime Predictive dialer, the productivity of my sales reps increased three times! I got a lot more than I expected for a reasonable price.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

Our sales department has been using Voiptime Cloud for a while now when working with leads. It helps us organize the sales process better because now we have all the necessary information at hand and we can access everything quickly. Also, when you call the lead you’ve already been talking to, you can view a complete history of interactions. Our sales also love client cards and pipeline reporting. And I love the fact that I can oversee their work at any time :)

We are completely satisfied. So far so good

If you need to work with large call volumes, Voiptime is a great all-in-one solution.

Voiptime helps us optimize sales by providing quick access to all client information. I can monitor leads at every stage of the sales pipeline, check who is working with whom, and how the whole process is going.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

There are lots of benefits:
built-in CRM
sales pipeline reports
Predictive dialer with customizable redialing intervals
legal compliance and timezones, just to name a few.  

It has everything you need to boost sales. We saw the result in the first few months! Also, Voiptime Cloud is very easy to implement. We just imported our database and continued working.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

We need a bit more automation (I mean sending a follow-up email if the call wasn't answered). This feature is not available at the moment, but the team promised to develop it soon.

We can recommend Voiptime Cloud to anyone who’s looking for a call center and sales solution. You’ll particularly appreciate it if you do business in different countries.

Voiptime helps us reach more prospects much faster. It saves us a lot of time because it automates many routine tasks.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

What we really like about this software is that it has a bunch of other useful features in addition to auto dialer. It’s really important for us to be able to process our database effectively and Voiptime Cloud ensures that. Starting out and setting the campaign is very easy and overall it’s very user-friendly software. 

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

We’ve just started using it, so no complaints so far.

It’s a very user-friendly system. Even if you’ve never used call center software before, you’ll easily figure it out. And if you have any questions, just contact the support team. They really are very helpful.

It makes our campaigns more effective by making sure that every contact in the list is processed. The system doesn’t just skip contacts who didn’t pick up. It schedules another retry.

**What do you like best about Voiptime Cloud?**

We’ve been using Voiptime for a few months now and we are very satisfied. The feature that we like best is that this software connects agents only with live people. Our sales don’t have to listen to the ringing tone every time they dial a number. They don’t even have to dial actually. Once the campaign is launched, all they do is talk and sell, which is awesome. We also like detailed reporting and timezones features.

**What do you dislike about Voiptime Cloud?**

Everything works fine for us, the longer we use this software, the more positive sides we discover.

We signed up for a free trial before purchasing to check if this software had the functionality that we needed. And it does have it all and even more!

Voiptime saves a ton of time and makes your sales reps hyper-productive. As a result, we acquire more and more customers.
