VocalViews® Reviews & Provider Details

Vocal Views is a participant recruitment platform with a fieldwork team inside it. Build a study and its screener in the visual builder, publish it to a community of 850,000 identity-verified people across the UK, US and Europe, and review exactly who qualified and why. If a market is out of reach or a study needs to happen in person, hand any part of it to our own fieldwork team without moving anything. The platform and the team are the same operation, so it is one study record either way. The screener builder gives you twelve question types, per-option branching, display conditions, screen-out rules and quota segments with caps, all built in the interface and evaluated on the server one question at a time. Skip logic is checked when you save, so a circular route cannot be built. Every published study goes to the community and our team puts an email campaign behind it, whether you published it or we did. First applications land within five minutes of the campaign going out, and recruiters usually call the same day. Approve applicants yourself or let the study auto-approve on pass and auto-reject on screen-out. Every answer, route and quota movement is kept write-once at the database layer, so nothing inside a study can be quietly edited and you can show your own client who qualified and why months later. Sessions are scheduled against the application that qualified the participant, with a meeting link from the Zoom or Teams account your organisation already runs. The platform does not host video, and we do not pretend it does. For face-to-face work, our team sources and supervises the venue and holds standby on the day. The dashboard shows application volume, status split, upcoming sessions and the studies that need attention. It is the same view our own project managers work from. Organisations carry Owner, Admin and Member roles with isolation enforced at four layers, OAuth 2.0 sign-in, UK GDPR handling and Cyber Essentials certification. Behind the software is a UK fieldwork team that has run qualitative studies since 2012: feasibility counted before you commit, identity verification of the community, incentives paid against attendance and billed with the study, and above 90% of booked participants seated on the day. The platform is the 2025 rebuild of the software that work runs on. Subscriptions are a flat fee with unlimited studies, invoiced monthly or annually, never per session or per head. Built for insight teams, research agencies and consultancies running focus groups, depth interviews, UX and usability, online communities, ethnography, in-home usage tests, hall tests and car clinics. ```
