  ### 1. A bit Confusing and Limited System

**What do you like best about Voalte One?**

Voalte is not able to solve the issues of Customers. There are many tools which need more improvement.  Overall my experience with Voalte One in my day to day is not satisfactory.

**What do you dislike about Voalte One?**

There are aspect of Voalte One that I find inconvenient. It requires all users to have a smartphone in order to use the app. This is quite bothersome as it necessitate purchasing work phones for the users. The recent system upgrade that restructured the platform has caused some confusion and frustration.

**What problems is Voalte One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Voalte can not resolves marketing complexities. It not solves our communication poblems. With Voalte it lacks to instantly connect with our team members for enabling collaboration. This process is too much time taking.

**What do you like best about Voalte One?**

Voltaone is an excellent system to seek help for your complex digital issues. It offers you the marketing solutions of your products and can have guaranteed enhancements. This tool is unique and powerful for increasing your growth with ease and comfort, specifically when entering the market as a new source.

**What do you dislike about Voalte One?**

I am not facing any issues so far. However, they can provide more digital features to choose from for vital applications. This can give attraction to more clients for this tool usage.

**What problems is Voalte One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the digital and marketing complexities by using the volta one. Using Volta One is helping me to advertise my products very convienently.

**What do you like best about Voalte One?**

The ability to search unit directories and/or search for specific users significantly cuts down time for making referrals and communicating with the interdisciplinary team. I don't have to remember department phone numbers because I can search for and contact a user directly. I also like that I have the ability to both text and call users on the app. You can also mark yourself as "Busy" when in meetings, etc. so that notifications vibrate rather than ring, and users can see if you are listed as busy--a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Voalte One?**

In certain areas (stairwells, elevators) where wifi might be spotty, it's easy to get disconnected from the app. And, that can be frustrating when your only means of communicating with a user is by Voalte.

**Recommendations to others considering Voalte One:**

Keep in mind that all users will need a smartphone to use the app, so it may require purchasing additional work phones for users.

**What problems is Voalte One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HIPAA compliant communication without antiquated pagers! Easy and modern P2P communication.

**What do you like best about Voalte One?**

I like that the Voalte One gives me access to new features the Voalte Messenger did not originally offer. This is a highly intelligent system with much needed upgrades. This has been a great upgrade for the enitre hospital. From a personal charging station, to updated roles, to a functional camera, the Voalte One has so many new features.

**What do you dislike about Voalte One?**

There is nothing I dislike as of the few weeks I've been using the Voalte One. 

**Recommendations to others considering Voalte One:**

You will not be disappointed!

**What problems is Voalte One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so much easier to get in touch with any hospital staff member when using this. You can't always make a phone call, but with the Voalte One, you either can, send a personal message, or a group message.

Ability to communicate with colleagues and physicians in an efficient manner. Call for urgent matters, text for non urgent matters.

**What do you dislike about Voalte One?**

Difficult to identify some contacts within the department or organization

Has system upgrade recently which reorganized the platform

**What do you like best about Voalte One?**

I enjoy the fact that you can search any floor, unit, or department and figure out the coverage in that area. It makes locating nurses and providers very easy. 

**What do you dislike about Voalte One?**

I don't like how the phones will cut in and out on the floors, and the service will sometime reconnect for a big longer than it should. 

**Recommendations to others considering Voalte One:**

I would highly recommend this product.

The Voalte provides employees with the ability to communicate with other services and teams with ease, helping to improve patient care.
