Vizito is a visitor management system that replaces the paper sign-in book at reception. Visitors, contractors, suppliers and candidates check in on a tablet at the desk or with a QR code on their own phone, and the host is notified automatically by email, SMS, Slack or Teams.

What people typically use it for:

• Signing visitors in and out, with a time-stamped record of who is on site right now
• Having visitors read and sign NDAs, safety instructions or health declarations before check-in completes
• Printing a visitor badge, optionally with a QR code that access control systems can read
• Pre-registering expected visitors and sending them an invitation with directions and parking details
• Pulling a live evacuation list of everyone currently checked in
• Running multiple sites from one dashboard, with central reporting and an API to connect it to other systems

It is used most in environments where knowing exactly who is in the building matters: manufacturing, pharma and healthcare, data centres, government, logistics and education. The check-in flow can be branded and runs in 30+ languages, so visitors are greeted in their own language.

On the privacy side: data is hosted in the EU, retention periods are configurable so visitor records are purged automatically, consent is captured at check-in, and the platform is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.
