Vitruvi runs a truly customizable project management software tool which allows us to track hundered of projects at various stages of completition. The platform runs like a hybrid project management tool, where different groups can progress tasks daily at the same time or wait for certain statuses to trigger the next group. With a mix of customizable fields and pre-selected drop down options, any number of tracking options is possible. Backlogged items can be tracked from 1 project stage to another, and tickets allows us to flag issues that can be left for later as well. Like anything that is customizable, there is a large number of options that can be modified to fit a company's needs. Sometimes this leads to a preferred method for implementing the solution, based on the platform's existing layout, so it can seem iterative to work through different options until we have the software platform we want. From Engineered designs, to completing work in the field, to review/approval of submitted work, to invoicing and customer support for mobile users and administrative staff (One stop shop) . Reports for "Extra Work Items" - The fact that the report number does not populate in fields like a regular "Production Report", creates extra work on my end. That's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The compliance elements of vitruvi are a great way to track progress & kit in the ground, also the number of features included in vitruvi mean that you can run the majority, if not all of the build from the app daily. It's also extremely easy to use from a desktop perspective and has many different capabilities in terms of pulling data and filtering ETC. Lastly the customer support provided by vitruvi is always top class and they are always there to answer queries with the live chat on the app as well as via email and support tickets. The app is not always the easiest to use on the field, however vitruvi is very active in getting any queries resolved and investigated, It is in it's earlier stage of life which means there are some teething issues in places eg working in areas with low signal etc however these will hopefully soon be ironed out! The employees, they feel like family, the ones you like. You never dreed a call or meeting with anyone from Vitruvi. The software is great, there is a slight learning curve, but if you can use Excel, you will pick this up quickly. They listen to feedback and then work to add suggested features. I have partnered with Vitruvi for two and a half years now and I have always appreciated the relationships I have developed with the Vitruvi team. I would love to see more aggressive improvements with overall user friendliness, performance (speed), and database front-end and back-end syncing. The software has come a long way in the past two to three years, but sometimes the user experience can be frustrating when performing certain tasks on the platform. Vitruvi's greatest strength is it's clear and concise scope, which allows our build to be chronological and ordered. Gone are the days of 15 different Excel sheets to log where each part of the project is, Vitruvi house's this along with both the mapping and the confirmation of work quality.

We're in the early stages (3+ months) of using the product and are really impressed by the features that are available, and how the workspace can be configured for our needs.

The more we use Vitruvi we find small redundencies in the UI that could be adjusted or removed to make the workspace more user friendly.

I like Vitruvi software because it allows me to customize my workspace and integrate it with our design software to pull and deploy designs quickly. The support team is always friendly, helpful, and available to troubleshoot. Once the initial setup of the Vitruvi workspace is done, our field workers find it very easy to use.
