The platform runs like a hybrid project management tool, where different groups can progress tasks daily at the same time or wait for certain statuses to trigger the next group. With a mix of customizable fields and pre-selected drop down options, any number of tracking options is possible. Backlogged items can be tracked from 1 project stage to another, and tickets allows us to flag issues that can be left for later as well. Color coding is friendly but relevant to what is being tracked. Table views and form views allow for different work style preferences. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** Like anything that is customizable, there is a large number of options that can be modified to fit a company's needs. Sometimes this leads to a preferred method for implementing the solution, based on the platform's existing layout, so it can seem iterative to work through different options until we have the software platform we want. Customer support is responsive to our needs and requests though, which eases integration of new ideas. **What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vitruvi continues to add additional features so we can do awesome things like reduce our internal emails, while still be notified of any important changes to the job. ### 2. They have good easy to follow training material as well as Zoom type training opportunities for new users and when needed to work through an issue. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** Reports for "Extra Work Items" - The fact that the report number does not populate in fields like a regular "Production Report", creates extra work on my end. That's it. **What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminating paper reporting. I'm new to the Construction world, but I am so thankful I was able to start with electronic reporting. 1. Track work - Can see what work still needs to be completed with the click of a button. 2. Mobile Users enter Labor & Material. Vitruvi created "Pole Kits" that allows the mobile user to pick a pole design and have the standards material auto populate, instead of having to enter ten or more separate material items. When there are hundreds of poles in each feeder/work area, that is a tremendous time saver. 3. Invoicing - quick and easy. 4. There are so many ways to filter for what information you need and to filter out what you don't need to to see. 5. Creating Excel spreadsheets is so easy. I use it a lot to share information with others and report progress. 6. Support is just a phone call, text, email or zoom meeting away. The service Department is very quick to respond and are very helpful. ### 3. It's also extremely easy to use from a desktop perspective and has many different capabilities in terms of pulling data and filtering ETC. Lastly the customer support provided by vitruvi is always top class and they are always there to answer queries with the live chat on the app as well as via email and support tickets. I use Vitruvi daily and the app only seems to get better. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** The app is not always the easiest to use on the field, however vitruvi is very active in getting any queries resolved and investigated, It is in it's earlier stage of life which means there are some teething issues in places eg working in areas with low signal etc however these will hopefully soon be ironed out! **What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viturvi is currently investigating the possibility of editing rejected work items on the map which would greatly help field users correct their defects more easily ### 4. You never dreed a call or meeting with anyone from Vitruvi. The software is great, there is a slight learning curve, but if you can use Excel, you will pick this up quickly. They listen to feedback and then work to add suggested features. Nothing looks or feels bandaided, it is well thoughtout and implemented. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** There is nothing major that comes to mind, it is easy to use and loaded with features! **What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vitruvi help us manage our Fiber Construction as well as our drops and drop contractors. It works well to double check contracted work as they have to submit photos of finished work. If they get lazy and try to hide anything, we reject it and they have to resubmit it. They don't get paid unless it is done correctly. ### 5. They are always striving to provide the best product and customer service possible. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** I would love to see more aggressive improvements with overall user friendliness, performance (speed), and database front-end and back-end syncing. The software has come a long way in the past two to three years, but sometimes the user experience can be frustrating when performing certain tasks on the platform. Gone are the days of 15 different Excel sheets to log where each part of the project is, Vitruvi house's this along with both the mapping and the confirmation of work quality. We have good communication with our Vitruvi team, who are on hand to help guide us and provide answers to high level questions. Along with this, a detailed Zendesk provides addtional training for our staff. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** Vitruvi's only main flaw is it's issues with latency with big uploads. The team that managed our implementation and integration to Vetro were fantastic, and provided quality support through the process. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** The more we use Vitruvi we find small redundencies in the UI that could be adjusted or removed to make the workspace more user friendly. Consequently, contractors are required to meet our quality standards before receiving payment, ensuring evidence of quality workmanship is submitted. This approach has notably reduced the necessity for post-installation audits and the correction of defects, fostering a right-first-time system. Additionally, Vitruvi's capability to automate processes and integrate seamlessly with other systems is a major advantage, streamlining operations and enhancing overall efficiency. **What do you dislike about Vitruvi Software?** Some of the functionality like timesheets has not received much development and is therefore not fit for purpose. Also the help guide is sometimes lacking information on how some of the functionality works. It has taken much longer to implement the system than expected. Data loss and data integrity have also been some of the issues we faced during implementation. **What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vitruvi has helped us replace multiple excel based trackers and has also enabled us to ensure that we only pay contractors once for work completed. The system provides one source of truth and ensures processes are followed. The system also helps us to easily carry out desktop reviews of work complete and by external contractors. ### 12. It is very limited to a certain number and once it exceeds a certain number it becomes harder to use the system. **What problems is Vitruvi Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently have an issue with the rejection function of work and have began a discussion to rectify this and provide to the production team are thoughts on how this could work to a better more user friendly way. ### 13.
