Visual workforce can also analyze all the various skills put in by the people in the tool and make suggestions with workboards, flowcharts etc. **What do you dislike about Visual Workforce?** The feature that I dislike most about Visual workforce is its pricing structure and I believe this may come down as most companies understand and collaborate with the tool. **What problems is Visual Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visual Workforce solves the most basic problem of identifying the correct resource for the job since as a project manager, it's sometimes difficult to understand the nitty-gritty details of the technical skills involved to get the job done.
