Certain workflows tend to be somewhat time-consuming, particularly when it comes to entering or updating detailed lease information. Some fields and validation steps are not always straightforward, which may slow down new users as they get accustomed to the system. It helps me quickly review all the contracts I manage. I appreciate that Visual Lease sends me alerts so I don't forget any expirations and can start negotiations in advance. I like their reports that can be extracted in Excel format, as once I obtain the reports for the entire portfolio, I can filter them by region, country, company, etc., which is very useful for me. I like that all we have to do is fill in the appropriate lease information, and each month Visual Lease composes our entry for us. Lease accounting can be complex, and sometimes the GAAP requirements change, so knowing Visual Lease is preparing everything for us is very helpful. I don't like the integration with ERP systems; it could be improved. It would be helpful if Visual Lease could send emails about lease expirations and new lease additions during the month. The overall concept of Visual Lease is very nice. It’s easy to handle the basics, including entering leases, making adjustments, creating fields, and so on.
