We have been using VistaCreate (Crello) since 2021, and it's been a great platform for us to design our social media assets without spending much time. I just want to share about their support team, they are really great. I had an issue with pro templates, and had a chat with their support, and they said it was a bug, and after a few days, I received an update about this, and it has been fixed. I had an issue while downloading designs created with images (available only with a pro subscription), but I have subscribed to the pro subscription, but still, I cannot able to download the designs those are created with premium images, so I contacted their support, and the issue has been fixed in a few days, but didn't have any other issues with the platform so far. They have a larger template library, where anyone can just choose the template and replace the text and images without any design skills. Whenever we require a social media post, we just choose a template, and insert our content, and export, that's it. We can able to create posts within a few minutes without hiring designers.
