I had an issue with pro templates, and had a chat with their support, and they said it was a bug, and after a few days, I received an update about this, and it has been fixed. A long-time customer of Vistaprint but a long-time user of Canva.com, I wasn't expecting much from the product. But I was pretty happy with the different types of layouts and options. Also, you can upload more system fonts without having to go to the brand fonts. My Files (for uploaded content) is easier to use and organize. And you can even upload music. And I love -- with my multiple businesses -- the idea of creating multiple brand kits for fonts, logos, etc. **What do you dislike about VistaCreate?** So when you remove the background from a photo, there is no ability to retrieve specific parts of the photo, i.e. a crown on someone's head. In Canva, I can retrieve it with a sublevel tool in that photo option. VistaCreates doesn't have that option. Also, there are fewer photo filter options. It has tons of design templates to choice from. And they recently added a stock liabrary called Unlimited that offers free hd videos, vectors and phots to the template collections. I have used these elements in countless designs. I love knowing that these won't attract any copyright headachs. I also get to upload and keep my brand elements for different accounts in the "Brand Kit" so I don't have to upload them every time. It is also useful that I can upload my own images to use where I want. Oh and I love their generous unlimited free background removal. 70 to 80% of the time I love the results and I can use it perfectly. When the image is very busy then the background removal results is useless ;-) so I have to resort to manual cutout. I haven't tried the animation feature yet, but it's good knowing it's available for when I need it.
