An incredible and diverse range of customizable templates and elements enable one to create precisely what they need, all with their own flare. Having the ability to directly insert and tailor infographics is a game-changer for data visualization, and simplifying the complex is fantastic. There are many interactive elements, like animation and clickable links. It's easy to incorporate these and multimedia content. I also love Visme's brand tool kit feature, allowing users to ensure brand consistency throughout their design. You can also download your final project in various formats (PDF, jpg, PDF) or publish it online, making it so easy to share. Visme is also a user-friendly application with solid customer support (e.g., you can actually connect with a human) and is my go-to tool for presentation development. Again, because I use it so frequently, I sometimes have it open and actively use the tool for consecutive hours throughout the day. When this happens, I've noticed the following glitches, among others: -design elements I've added will not load on the page I'm viewing -I'll have to refresh in order for the page to properly load, which slows work time and overall efficiency I also don't like the fact that if I copy and paste too much text into my design, it not only populates the text in my textbox but also adds it as a jpg/png. I create educational content, and Visme has several features that are helpful to keep all content updated and in sync, as well as allowing for branding updates. Specifically, Visme allows you to see where different image or video assets have been used across projects and to upload a new asset to replace all instances. It also allows you to create a brand identity where you can update fonts, logos and color schemes, which can be quite handy! When you choose to replace any font or color, you are asked whether you want to update all of that font or color to the new font or color - amazing! For videos, the AI voiceover is as good quality as any other I've used, although it does not offer advanced editing (such as changing the pronunciation of a given word or tweaking the tone). I LOVE that you can connect data visualization (graphs etc) to a spreadsheet so that it remains up-to-date as your data changes. The new forms builder is useful and easy to use. The info gathered is easiest to review by downloading to a spreadsheet and looking at it there, but I think it is likely a more advanced data dashboard will be available in the future. I had no issue creating a survey and collecting responses - no hiccups for me or my users. That's a big win! I also like that you can save elements together as "blocks" that you can then easily insert across designs - what a nice way to pull in common layouts and groups of assets without having to insert an entire saved slide or open an old project to copy and paste. I have struggled a bit to add multiple audio files within a video - for me, it is very helpful to have voiceover, sound effects and/or background music possible within the same video. I don't seem to be able to add multiple audio tracks in my videos, although perhaps there is a way to do this. The cost is a bit high for me as a freelancer, but I respect that companies have to charge what they do in order to continue development on their tools. But perhaps a better monthly rate option could be offered? It could be really useful if there were an option where the content blocks used across projects could be linked to the original, so that any changes to the block updates other uses. You could then choose whether you are using a linked block (that would update) or an unlinked block (that would just let you paste in the content/formatting/animations and change it as you like for a new use). The ability to duplicate styles and pages, change out graphics, and integrate content from other formats is all effortless. My content come out looking clean and very professional. I really enjoy creating materials using Visme. I use it regularly and have several different products I'm working on at the same time.
