Easy to navigate and is "unbreakable"! The amount of information available and the different ways to slice and dice to conduct an analysis is amazing! **What do you dislike about Visier?** There is just so much information that unless you look at the same data consistently, it may be hard to know what all is captured. Spend the time to just "poke around" and see what is available! **What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visier allows me to see trends over different periods of time. eg: how are we tracking with regards to employee retention - if we are not tracking well, it gives us an opportunity to course correct and dig into understanding the root cause - if we are tracking unfavorably, again, we can be proactive and make changes. Trends are also good to track to see if there are issues during a certain period of time. One can make assumptions but data/numbers tell the "true" story. ### 23. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Visier?** I appreciate the wide range of prebuilt metrics that are available in Visier, making it so easy for end-users to run analytics to answer their business question. **What do you dislike about Visier?** Although Visier has a wonderful layout to define their metrics and provides examples on how they are calculated, it would have been even better if the technical administrators from the client organization could offer default access to the back-end formulas and calculated fields for easier troubleshooting and making sense of past configurations. They provide you with analytics about employees that are actionable and are compared to industry benchmarks (diversity and inclusion results, turnover rates, manager ratios). This data and the way it's structured in the app is unique to Visier; never seen this kind of visibility in other tools. **What do you dislike about Visier?** The user interface is cluttered and sometimes a bit hard to grasp. It lets you integrate multiple HR/people data sources for maximum cross-referencing and insights generation. Everything's already built - just add and map your data. It also has tons of pre-built content, metrics, and visualizations and handles time/longitudinal views well. The robust security model is also a great feature. **What do you dislike about Visier?** Not much to complain about or criticize, but if I have to, I'll say the visualizations could be prettier and more configurable (think Tableau or PowerBI). Implementation always has its challenges but the Visier team works with us to solve any problems that we face. **What problems is Visier solving and how is that benefiting you?** Examining exit trends for specific populations, looking at demographic breakdowns.
