Viridian Sciences will really help with tracking, and optimizing your workflow. It's amazing to have everything in one place. You can get a high level view or your business processes or you can dig down into the details. The time and effort required for set up is considerable. I'll be using it to solve every problem. It's like the central nervous system to the business--accounting, inventory, warehouse management, hr, you name it and Viridian is the back bone of it. It's great having it all in one piece of software, granted there are a lot of moving parts, but they all communicate seamlessly. If you've every tried to get one piece of software, say Quickbooks, to integrate with another software, you know what I'm talking about. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.
