This software has helped us optimize our listings to the highest quality. We use this for every new product that we add. The chat box on the site and customer service is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Viral Launch?** There is a limit to monthly listing analysis. It's priced a little higher than the competitors. The customer service can take up to 24 hours to reply sometimes. **Recommendations to others considering Viral Launch:** If you're looking to increase sales or launch new products, give Viral Launch a try. Viral Launch also helps you rank your product(s) on Amazon - fast.
