The best thing about this tool would probably be the fact that multiple orders and returns can be accessed on the same page, within the same tool. Not much, but the most annoying part of this tool is that it doesn't stay logged in for a long period of time. It auto-logs off after a particular time period, even while the page is open, and in the middle of accessing an order. Additionally, it tends to lag way too much at times. It displays customer's address, order status, tracking information, return status, cancellations and holding orders and order allocations to a specific location. Along with this, every move made by a particular user/store/warehouse shows up under the Activity info, which doesn't seem very important but is an integral part.
