I like that the Viirtue Platform seems pretty easy to use and can be accessed remotely. It doesn't require any advanced technical knowledge to get a customer up and running, which is really helpful. These aspects save me time, make things easier and less stressful, and allow me to provide a current technology solution to customers moving off of analog or digital PBX systems that are becoming obsolete. I've also been impressed with the availability of technical support. Every time I've called in, I haven't had to sit on hold, and my questions have been answered during a single phone call. Initial platform setup is a little bit tricky. Some of the things I would normally try to find in one location are in different locations. The service is very reliable and flexible. They have great and very responsive tech support 24/7/365. It seems that whenever I need support is after hours, and Bryan is always there to assist.
