Viirtue is a white-label UCaaS and VoIP platform built exclusively for MSPs, IT providers, and telecom resellers. Partners sell fully branded voice, messaging, video, and AI services under their own name, keeping the customer relationship and capturing margins up to 75%. Viirtue never sells directly, so your brand stays front and center with every customer you serve. The platform includes everything a reseller needs to run a modern communications business: hosted PBX, SIP trunking, a fully branded softphone across web, desktop, and mobile, and AI Voice Agents that handle after-hours calls, overflow routing, and real-time sentiment analysis. Every product is delivered under the partner&#39;s brand, with no Viirtue branding visible to end customers. ViiBE, Viirtue&#39;s built-in billing and quoting engine, handles the operational complexity that comes with managing multiple clients. It automates usage-based billing for AI minutes, telecom tax calculations across jurisdictions, and multi-client account management within a multi-tenant architecture that keeps each account isolated and independently configured. Accepted quotes convert directly to invoices, taxes are applied automatically, and customers can manage their own payment methods through a branded self-service portal, reducing support overhead for partners. For resellers adding AI to their portfolio, Viirtue&#39;s AI Voice Agents integrate with Google Calendar, Outlook, ModMed EHR, and any platform via Model Context Protocol. Call recordings are automatically transcribed, sentiment-scored, and summarized through the platform&#39;s AI Insights tool, giving partners and their customers visibility into every conversation. Viirtue supports partners with 30-day white-glove onboarding, 24/7 partner support, and no hidden fees. There is no infrastructure to manage and no revenue sharing. Partners own their customers, set their own margins, and build their business on a platform designed to scale with them.

**What do you like best about Viirtue Platform?**

I like that the Viirtue Platform seems pretty easy to use and can be accessed remotely. It doesn't require any advanced technical knowledge to get a customer up and running, which is really helpful. These aspects save me time, make things easier and less stressful, and allow me to provide a current technology solution to customers moving off of analog or digital PBX systems that are becoming obsolete. I've also been impressed with the availability of technical support. Every time I've called in, I haven't had to sit on hold, and my questions have been answered during a single phone call. The trouble ticket system is generally available and works as designed.

**What do you dislike about Viirtue Platform?**

Initial platform setup is a little bit tricky. Some of the things I would normally try to find in one location are in different locations. But once you learn where the important configuration settings are, it's pretty straightforward.

**What problems is Viirtue Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viirtue Platform lets me offer current tech without building a backend. It saves time, reduces stress, and provides customers with an updated solution moving off obsolete systems.

Easy to use and navigate thru this system

**What do you dislike about Viirtue Platform?**

I believe all providers should do a review of their customers accounts quarterly to see if there is anything they can do to assist their needs vs the customer having to reach out directly to have a review done

**What problems is Viirtue Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now use auto attendant and this alleviates someone from having to answer all of our calls.  Kyla Labrador was amazing and got this all set up with just 2 tries!

**What do you like best about Viirtue Platform?**

It was one of the very easy-to-use calling app we have tried in our office, the implementation was top notch and the customer support from the US team was very good, And we used it frequently for our sales and the customer team, There are a number of features and the integration was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Viirtue Platform?**

The platform did well, and timely updates was the one missing other than that its still a good one

The best is call clarity and the getting the voice recording for internal audits purposes

Mainly it solves the calling issue. Uninterrupted calls.
