This platform gives a more well-rounded experience for our customers. Not only do they have photos and a description, but they have short video clips to help them better understand and see how our products work. The backend is easy to use, super intuitive. They have various widgets and placements - making it easy for wherever you want the content to be on your site. AND it's optimized well so it doesn't slow the site down with all the vids! Videowise is super easy to use and integrate with a Shopify store. It's allowed us to really leverage our UGC on the site and has made a big impact on our customer experience. Each staff member we've worked with (Stela, Katarina, among many others) has been very receptive to feedback and beyond helpful in getting everything set up. They quickly address any concerns and actively work with us to tailor the platform to best meet our needs.
