As a marketing expert, I particularly like the location-based marketing with video content in the videmic Event App. videmic can prominently display video content on the app's start screen after visitors have visited an exhibit at the event or an event location such as the lounge or the meeting point of an event partner. This way, I was able to watch the promotion video of the mobility partner in the app after the event and received information about the new car model with which I was driven to the hotel.

As a frequent visitor to trade shows and conferences, I am familiar with many event apps. However, I know of no event app that supports location-based marketing with video content like videmic.

I found it particularly pleasant that the lead capture at our trade fair booth worked automatically. Especially at a well-attended booth, you often don't have the time to manually record every contact. As a member of the Berlin Event Network, I use the BEN App developed by videmic to conveniently stay informed about current events of the association and to easily register. Additionally, I can watch the highlights and takeaways of past events as video clips anywhere. Merely as a suggestion for improvement, I would like to propose displaying the navigation button on the video player's screen dynamically in the best possible color contrast to the currently playing video, instead of always in white or black as it is now. The app bears the name of the event, i.e., in my case: MCB Event App. Only from the footer on the first screen of the app is it clear that videmic GmbH developed the app.

videmic helps organizers provide video content along with all other information about an event in an app. As a visitor to the event, I have all the information easily accessible and can view the event's highlights again at any time. I was able to install the MCB Event App from the App Store on my iPhone with one click using the link provided by the organizer via email and log in. I initially found it very convenient that my ticket for the event was digitally displayed in the app. Additionally, I could view the event program and the list of participants in the app. I was particularly interested in the live recordings of the show acts and the video greeting messages from Berlin celebrities, which are published in the app and which I could watch again after the event.
